Whoever made my drink deserves free gas for a year. Grande Ice Brown Sugar Shaken Expresso with 2 pumps of White Chocolate Mocha and Vanilla Cold Foam. These layers are amazing and the taste was perfection! 20/9/24

I took my kids to Starbucks for my daughters birthday the total was $23 and i paid with a $100 bill, I was given $66 in change which was incorrect so I let the lady know and handed her the money back, to which she then gives me $56 back so I tell her she now gave me $10 less, she then sticks her head out of the drive thru window and almost in my car aggressively looking for the missing $10 and accuses me saying “I don’t know what you’re trying to pull here sir” and directs me inside, once I’m inside I see the $10 on the floor by the drive thru window that she dropped and accused me of taking!!! She goes and counts the drawers and ends up giving me my correct change, but doesn’t take accountability and says someone else had already given incorrect change and the drawer was already messed up, no remorse for calling me a thief when it was her mistake in the first place, I WAITED 30 MINUTES JUST TO GET WHAT I WAS CORRECTLY OWED!!!
HONESTLY FELT DISCRIMINATED AGAINST AND EMBARRASSED WHEN IT WASNT EVEN MY FAULT!!!

Expensive garbage the food is terrible the coffee leaves a bad aftertaste. And did I say way to expensive? GROSS! I honestly would rather have coffee from a homeless shelter or even a police station than that overpriced thrash. Hint homeless shelters and police stations have notably the worst coffee. And yes I would rather drink that swill than Starbucks garbage juice.

This location at Starbucks is always kind, friendly, and caring. Their drinks are obviously amazing, as always. I highly recommend making this place a stop if you are ever in the local area.

Very unfriendly staff. The gentleman working behind the counter on 2.19.24 at 3pm, specifically. I couldn't get to the counter to pick up my drink right away, as I was working on my laptop. When I approached the counter, I reached for the cup, and asked, "mocha?"He responds, "is that what is says on the sticker?"wow. ok. I'll go back and get my reading glasses so I can see the sticker.Very sterile environment. One long booth/bench that was as hard as a rock. The few more comfortable chairs in the middle of the room (MIDDLE OF THE ROOM) had no outlets. There were no nooks or quiet spaces to work or study. No condiments were out, you had to ask for any additional things, like stirrers (we're out), sweetener, or straws.Very poor experience and will not be coming back. There's so many more coffee shops in town.

they made my drink incorrectly so i went in and kindly asked them to remake it for me. they put lemonade in it, and i am allergic to lemons. after remaking my beverage, she slid it across the counter and said “take it”. she was very rude.

This used to be a cozy welcoming place to hang out. But after the renovation, they took away most of the tables, removed the comfy armchairs, and made the bench along the south wall hard and uncomfortable. Perhaps Starbucks doesn’t want to be a gathering place anymore? Now it looks like the inside of a shipping container!
