Ordered a venti banana protein matcha with additional strawberry cold foam. This drink was $10 and tasted like grass. I’ve ordered it several times in the past and it’s been great! When I tried the drink this time around, it was awful. I went back to the counter and asked if there was anything that could be done. They made it again and it was worse. More green, more grass, and less banana and strawberry flavor. I threw both drinks out. What a waste.

I love coming into this location, i am always greeted with a smile!
Completed a pretty large mobile order asked to add trenta ice water and was immediately responded to with “I can get you a grande”… no biggy but the tone was unexceptionable for a customer service role. I preceded to tell them I’ve never had an issue and she then explained they were running low on trenta cups. The interaction was very uncomfortable and unwelcoming especially with the $$ I spend daily at Starbucks.

A fine Starbucks for your coffee and caffeine needs. A warm and inviting atmosphere with comfortable chairs and plenty of seating and many tables are available. They've got nice displays of art and coffee products. The staff was friendly and efficient.

On September 2, 2025, I had a very rude experience with the manager, GABBY at this Starbucks (114th & Dodge). I simply asked for a cup with ice and sugar-free vanilla syrup, which I was willing to pay for, but she refused and spoke to me in a very dismissive, belittling way. Other Starbucks locations have never had an issue with this simple request. I left feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend coming here. As a manager, she should set an example of professionalism, but instead, her attitude left me disappointed. If I could give 0 stars I would!!
