I come to this Starbucks 2 times a week for about an hour or so I normally have no issues but on this day I was finishing my drink and just about choked on a coffee bean that was apparently just sitting in the bottom of the cup I mentioned this to the server and they simply responded with oh um sorry . No effort was made to right the situation. So beware when coming to this location. I would add a photo but for some reason Google won't allow me to for this review

Came in the morning and ordered a hot matcha grande, sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich, and potatoe egg bites. I got my HOT drink, no sleeve. I had to ask for a sleeve, no problem. My food came and was hot, that was great. But when I drove off and reached my workplace I realized my drink was lighter than usual. I opened it and it wasn't filled all the way to the top. I was very disappointed and frustrated.
The girl at the window was fine, with a normal attitude of wanting to get her work done, but I felt dismissive. It was not the friendliest starbucks. I won't be going here in the future.

I mean, it is a strip mall Starbucks. No surprises here. But, the baristas are always super nice. Wish they had blonde and dark roasts brewed in the afternoon, but I seem to be in the minority.... This is a small one so tables can be tricky to come by during busy times of day.

There was one redhead,a girl with black hair, and a curly hair boy, they are the people who work at 7:05 When i first got inside i thought it was gonna be awesome, but then after i went to the bathroom they started playing around, when they finished making the drinks , they didnt even tell us that they finished making the drinks, my hot chocolate was not mixed well. Between Scooters and Starbucks, id choose Scooters.

Terrible coffee. This is the worst beverage I’ve ever seen prepared. No I did not ask for extra caramel, so why is there an inch deep of caramel at the bottom of my beverage. I was the order with the REGULAR caramel macchiato. The entire reason why I don’t do special options on my beverage is so that they CANT MESS IT UP. But they still DO. My girlfriend worked at Lamar’s as a supervisor, so I do have a perfect frame of reference. Will not be returning to this location.

I went there today at 12:10 cst ordered one Frappuccino and cappuccino, frappé was good but cappuccino was disgusting the cup was a mess cream all over as wells as coffee marks when you pay 5$ for the coffee you expect good experience. No brown holder cup was hot as well do not go to this location don't recommend.
This was an amazing place to have coffee, this was a business conversation. So I would highly recommend this. There’s a lot of privacy at the same time you can enjoy Internet and other access as well as you are able to communicate with other people in the surrounding area at Starbucks.

My favorite store in town, they are very friendly and helpful and the drinks are spot on. Gracie in the morning has a great smile and so thoughtful over the years.
