We came to Starbucks and ordered two drinks. When the employee Aubrey handed the first drink to my mom from the window I leaned over to let her know I didn’t ask for anything with Carmel or foam that I think that was somebody else’s order. I thought I would save her from giving us the next persons order, however she rolled her eyes and said, “well this is what I thought you said so this is what you got.” She snatched the drink out of my mom’s hand and shoved the other drink into my mom’s hand jamming my mom’s finger. She said “that’s what happens if I can’t hear you when you order,” and then slammed the window. We called the Starbucks while Aubrey was making the drink over. The manager came to the window as we asked when we called. (The manager is whom gave me the employee’s name) Having an employee working there that does not like her job nor know how to treat elderly human beings is an absolute disgrace to Starbucks! I’ve never had issues with this Starbucks and visit nearly every week. Human beings such as Aubrey herself do not belong working at a Starbucks environment if having to re make a drink you misheard is something that causes you to physically cause bodily harm on an elderly person! The manager gave me the corporate office number to reach out to and apologized for the chaos Aubrey caused all over a drink.

This location sucks. The workers in the drive-through line is always so long. They never have the actual products for the drink like I tried to order the strawberries and cream Frappuccino, but there was no base to it and I didn’t find that out until after I ordered. It’s 8 AM Starbucks how are you out of your drinks already if we prepare more in order more in advance of the month, I doubt that this will probably happen.

Out of pumpkin so I had a cinnamon nitro cold brew. The spinach feta wrap is lacking. I didn't appreciate the texture of the dried tomatoes in it. Wonderful staff every time!

Took over 20 minutes to get my drink through the drive-thru and it wasn’t even busy. The employees were incompetent, I swear, because I had to repeat my order 4 times. And it was only one drink…

The people were over friendly. The prices are too high. You expect that going to this chain. The line moved very very slow. Your don’t expect that.

This location so bad service from long time I use to go there it was close to my work so every time they were giving me wrong drink or different test or different price they kept saying Starbucks raise the price that was really stupid because I immediately was calling different location and it was nothing changed so I quit to go there long time then sometimes I was stopping by just because in my way but they are the same nasty serviceSo I would say if they change the whole system of the management in my opinion there is many complain about this location from friends too

The label on my cup shows SF Vanilla, but as a type 1 diabetic wearing a glucose monitor, I can tell with certainty that I did not get sugar free syrup! This is the 4th time my drink has been prepared with regular syrup instead of sugar free. It's very frustrating to throw out an expensive drink and spend hours taking insulin injections and fighting a raging headache. For some of us, ordering sugar free isn't just to save a few calories, it's a necessity.

I ordered my food on the app and had someone pick it up for me since I’m sick in bed. They gave us the drinks and no food. So I had to send him back for the food since I had already paid for it. It’s frustrating when that happens. It was done on the app so I figured they couldn’t mess it up.
