We come to this location when we come up to see our daughter and we stay at the courtyard Marriott. It’s close by. We come in the morning and the crew is outstanding. Very personable, have some of the best customer service skills. Plus, Franklin loves seeing them. They are very quick to offer him a pup cup, which she loves.

I go to this starbucks a couple times a week and they are always super nice, accurate and fast with orders. They also do a good job of keeping the olave clean even though it can get so busy on the weekends.

I've been consistently going to this Starbucks for over two years now & I am constantly impressed with their team & the service they provide. Justin, Dani, & Matt are so sweet & kind every time I come in. They always do the most to help me & always have a pupcup (with his name written on it!!) ready for my dog. They make my day every time I come in & because of the staff, sometimes I come in twice a week because they make me feel so welcome. I so appreciate this team, thank you for all you do! <3
The black lady in the front splashed water all over me and didn’t say anything!! Horrible horrible customer service and just rude all over! Already contact HR but I need the manger to make this right!!

DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS STARBUCKS. They will look you dead in the eye and ignore you. I stood there waiting and they just kept reading off mobile orders when i was the only customer in-store an hour after they opened. No greeting whatsoever. Absolutely horrible service.

Classic Starbucks in a great spot for captiol district. I am giving this review because I want to give a shout out to RAY. Someone give Ray a raise . Amazing service and experience. He even followed up to make sure I enjoyed my drink after I asked for something new. I was basically creating my own mini flat white. Thanks

Absolutely Terrible experience. Scammed by the employees and the manager, was charged triple the amount I paid and never got a refund. Then the next time I went they got my order wrong and didn't refund me my whole amount.
