DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS STARBUCKS. They will look you dead in the eye and ignore you. I stood there waiting and they just kept reading off mobile orders when i was the only customer in-store an hour after they opened. No greeting whatsoever. Absolutely horrible service.

Classic Starbucks in a great spot for captiol district. I am giving this review because I want to give a shout out to RAY. Someone give Ray a raise . Amazing service and experience. He even followed up to make sure I enjoyed my drink after I asked for something new. I was basically creating my own mini flat white. Thanks

Absolutely Terrible experience. Scammed by the employees and the manager, was charged triple the amount I paid and never got a refund. Then the next time I went they got my order wrong and didn't refund me my whole amount.

I'm attending a conference at the Marriott but staying at a hotel half mile away. After trying several other nearby coffee places, I decided it was worth the mile trek early in the morning to go to this Starbucks!! Once you're a Starbucks addict, nothing else will do.

I visited 2 days in a row and ordered the same exact drink. The first day was great. The second day something was missing, like an extra whip cream. I could tell the difference. The reason for my rating of 4. This is a convenient location to walk to if you live or work in the area.

There was curdled milk in the bottom of my drink. I'm severely grossed out and disgusted at the fact that drank the entire drink before seeing chunks of milk at the bottom. This staff should be ashamed of themselves. I worked for Starbucks 18 years ago and I would have NEVER served this to a customer. This location needs better management.Update I called Sunday to speak with a manager and no one has called me back.

The service was not acceptable employees walking in late to standing around. Ordered two drinks took nearly 10 min to receive. We were the only ones inside the location. Ordered two simple drinks with extra shots and never received the extras in drink. When asked if they put them in we were told yes. Even though we watched them NOT put them in. Unfortunately this might be the reason we never come back to a Starbucks the Omaha locations were not up to par. Hope our review helps you on your next visit.

Great well managed location !! Always friendly and the managers must be well trained !! Everything is always perfect !! The manager Darren?? took my order when there was a long line and he needed to step in !! Fast and friendly !!
