Walked in and immediately loved the atmosphere! Despite being a small location it feels big and roomy on the inside without making you feel crowded with the people around you. The service was also excellent! Every employee greeted me with a smile and not only were kind to me, but kind to each other. Clearly emphasizing how well they all can work with each other. Aubrey stood out with all these workers though as I watched her take the time to make a little boy feel special and seen. She then greeted me with the same smile and joy that she addressed that small boy with and was so kind. Genuinely some of the best customer service I have ever received at a Starbucks, or at a coffee shop in general for that matter!
This location has a lot racism and the coffee tastes horrible
I go to this Starbucks every once in a while just because it’s by my house And I’m never impressed service takes a long time and the drink is never good Disappointment asf
I gave it two stars because the service is usually quick and efficient. However the low rating is due to the drinks. I always get what I order, however, my husband has had issues with his drinks (gross chunks in the coffee) probably from the machine not getting regularly cleaned. It is food safe standard to clean the machines every night.
We assumed maybe it was a one off expired milk. We called, they replaced, it was fine, we moved on.
However, Yesterday I ordered my usual large black coffee. No creamer, no milk, no additions, just coffee. AND IT HAD WEIRD CHUNKS IN IT!! THE SIZE OF A BIG PEICE OF NERDS CANDY!!
Mind you, I had not eaten breakfast yet so it was definitely from the coffee. I wanted to barf but I couldn’t because I hadn’t eaten yet.
I will no longer be going to this location. Ive worked fast food so if this has happened multiple times I can only imaging what the inside of the machine looks like. Ive worked locations (not Starbucks locations) that have had literal mold in their machines. I’m not taking that risk.
The foods Good though. But I’ll be going to a different location from now on.
If your order gets messed up, there’s a massive process to correct it. Guess things just continue to go down hill. Can’t get what you pay for, and can’t get it fixed with jumping through hoops.

I waited 15 minutes for my peppermint mocha to be made without mocha so I tossed it. My sage danish was cold by the time I got my drink and left but it still tasted good.
I placed my mobile order online and went through the drive thru. I didn’t wait in between place my it since I wasn’t in a rush and do the online ordering due to my anxiety. When I had said I had a mobile order one of the baristas I’m assuming forgot her headset was on and had said “omg the one you just placed” in a sarcastic way. That seemed pretty rude to me and I won’t recommend or go back there. I wasn’t in a rush and didn’t expect my drink to be done right away. Definitely won’t be going back 🫤

My order was horrible. My coffee taste like water. It didn’t have the toppings on it. I was really annoyed about this. This isn’t my first bad experience here. It’s convenient that’s why I keep going back, but I really need to stop wasting my money at this location.

Absolutely worst customer service ever! Ordered inside thinking it would be quicker than drive thru. Waited over 15 minutes. Talked to a gentleman who was there before me. He said he ordered online and was STILL WAITING! 5 employees, not busy. Been to others far busier! Do NOT go here unless you have all day to wait. Asked for a refund, went to the next Starbucks up the street; ordered and was out in a few minutes!
I had ordered a chocolate croissant but was given one with bacon. I didn’t say a word because I thought “its a long day and I understand mistakes happen.” And since it was still somewhat of a croissant, it wasn’t such a big deal.
But only to find out later that my coffee didn’t have any crunch in it, even though I had requested some extra crunch. I mean the regular crunchy stuff was missing, let alone anything extra. And it didn’t taste anything like what I have had for the past year.
If it wasn’t for the smile of the drive through barista or server, I wouldn’t have rated 2. I guess it’s my fault for not reading the reviews. Leçon learned.

So their lobby was closed and order ahead was not available. So we went through the drive through and it took 30 minutes for two people ahead of us and us to be served and the two cars ahead had two drinks per order. When we were placing the order the barista was very snippy and was condescending when we tried to order and included a part of the drink that it came standard with she felt the need to expend the energy to tell us it already came with it when that really didn’t need to be said. And when we wanted to change a part of the order and didn’t call the drink by its technical term she corrected us rudely when she could have just accepted the description of the drink because it was plenty identifying compared to the other drink in the order. Then I ordered my drink with no ice and three quarters of the drink was not in the cup and she says “when you order it no ice this is how we have to make it and we are short on coconut milk” that’s weird because that is not how the other three Starbucks I have gone to and ordered this drink this way have made it. Horrible Starbucks and wouldn’t revist with the service time and half the drink I ordered.
