I went through the drive-through at about 945 this morning. I ordered a caramel Brulé latte. I got a peppermint mocha. I tried to call to tell them of the mistake as there were many cars behind me and I was afraid it would mess up all the orders. All I got was a busy signal.

Every time I have been to this Starbucks location I have had to wait in line for 20+ minutes. Yes, it’s my choice to wait. But to then pull up to the window and have the employees giving me attitude is really off putting. Today I placed a mobile order and when I finally got to the window the woman only gave me 1/5 items and then just stared at me like she was confused why I wasn’t leaving. I then had to tell her I was still waiting on 4 more items. The sandwich they gave me was completely smashed and falling apart, and they ended up being out of chocolate milk which was also frustrating. Out of all the Starbucks locations I’ve been to, the service at this location has been consistently the worst by a long shot.

Everyone has the right to their own opinion but when you are complaining and saying someone’s’ drink is disgusting while they are drinking it in front of you not professional. Sorry you are mad they brought back eggnog but we don’t need you to comment on our selection.

Let me start off with saying I love Starbucks. This location, though, is terrible. Nine times out of 10 my coffee is not made correctly. It’s really disappointing so from now on, I will be avoiding this location like the plague.

I went there twice. They always mess up mu drink. I pay for “cold foam price but they never add it in the drink. My drink wasn’t full as u can see in the photos

I paid nearly $8 for a drink with no ice, only to be told it would come half full because “that’s just the policy.” If I wanted a full cup, I’d need to buy a second drink. That makes no sense — I’m already paying a premium price and shouldn’t be shorted just because I don’t want watered-down ice. Really disappointing experience, Starbucks.

I visit several SB locations. This location is right across the street from my gym. My usual visit time is around noon. I drink Pike, black, no room. On 3 of my last 4 visits, probably over 4-5 weeks, the coffee has been warm, not hot. Sometimes I have to wait on a fresh brew. I don’t mind that too much. Who doesn’t want a fresh cup… Very busy location, but $3.00 is too much for warm coffee. FYI

Avery went above and beyond to help me out while I was doordashing and one of my drinks had spilled during delivery. I am astonished at her attitude especially since she told me she has been up since 4:00 a.m. Working. When I arrived I told her what happened and she immediately started helping me and everything was done in a timely manner and I cannot thank these guys enough for their help.

I placed an online order almost 30 minutes ahead of time due to the fact that I was in a rush and did not want to have to wait in line for my coffee. I wanted it to be ready and waiting for me. The order said it would be ready in under 10 minutes. I arrived at the store and the baristas said “we don’t have an ingredient you paid extra for so we just didn’t make it.” They did not offer to refund the order or sub anything out. They just stared at me. They then proceeded to try and make the order without the extra ingredient that I paid for. When I asked about refunding the ingredient I paid for they just said “if we sub anything else we will charge you for it.” But they didn’t sub anything, and they failed to refund me for the items they did not have or sub anything in. They took so long making the order I was late for work, the drinks tasted like garbage, and I paid extra for something I didn’t get and I didn’t even get a “sorry about that” or anything. They just looked at me as if it was my fault. As if I did something wrong by placing an online order. I was nice the whole visit and I left feeling taken advantage of. Sad and mad would be an understatement. I did not deserve to be treated like that. It was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at any of their stores. Seriously, so disappointing. Do better.

Walked in and immediately loved the atmosphere! Despite being a small location it feels big and roomy on the inside without making you feel crowded with the people around you. The service was also excellent! Every employee greeted me with a smile and not only were kind to me, but kind to each other. Clearly emphasizing how well they all can work with each other. Aubrey stood out with all these workers though as I watched her take the time to make a little boy feel special and seen. She then greeted me with the same smile and joy that she addressed that small boy with and was so kind. Genuinely some of the best customer service I have ever received at a Starbucks, or at a coffee shop in general for that matter!
