had a TERRIBLE experience with Emily I believe is her name . I feel so sorry for her coworker that was just trying to help her at the time I was there . She had a vape on the counter which Is against code and could get the place immediately shut down. And she was cussing in front of me loud and being an unhelpful just snobby rude coworker to the cute blonde ( I don’t know her name ) I am not a Karen and have never in my life left a bad message or review but this was bad . I will be contacting someone about this higher up since I have connections with the Starbucks hq. Everyone else there is lovely but this Women is horrible ……..Do better !!!!

if I could rate it zero stars i would I have given this location multiple chances and there is always something they do wrong. one time the barista, who I think was the manager, forgot to put ice in my iced coffee. then another time, I got a hot chai but it was luke warm and eventually cold. I wish I lived closer to a different location.
