My wife ran in to get her drink and they had it hot and ready. When she had to go back in for a pup cup (aka "puppicino") for our spoiled chocolate lab/blue tick hound, the server was really personable, sweet, and quick which made my wife very happy. And when Mama's happy, everyone's happy. :-)
I go to two places and the one on 156th behind Jensen tire. I also go to the new on in Elkhorn. I go about 2-3 days a week. Both places have always been nice. There has been the days that sometimes they are a tad cranky. I just smile: why because you don’t what kind of day/night they’ve had. We all choose our moods.
This small Starbucks inside the Hy-Vee offers items you would typically find in a larger Starbucks store. The baristas are pleasant and the coffee is the same as you would expect. Nothing extra special here, just a cup of coffee costing about a dollar more than it should cost. We sometimes order an Americano here, but it is not our regular coffee spot.
