I’ve been a regular at this Starbucks, but the service has taken a serious hit. The staff has no idea what they are doing, and it shows. New employees are completely untrained, and it’s frustrating. Yesterday, I waited 30 minutes for my drinks, and after all that, I found a bug inside the lid. To make matters worse, there are flies everywhere, which is extremely unhygienic. This place needs some serious attention to get back on track.

Service was solid and cold brew was good, I was in and out. There were a ton of flies buzzing around though...had to swat them a few times just in the short time I was paying.

I LOVE shopping at Target especially the beauty section, they have so many good scrubs and makeup brands! I also loveee Starbucks and they have one there!

I came to Target and got in line at the Starbucks in store. And got in line at 7:15 PM. I ordered a double smoke bacon and egg croissant. That is when a Starbucks worker named Jackie informed me that they couldn’t make my sandwich because they turned their oven off for the night. I questioned what time they closed as the whole display at the front was already cleared and she said 8pm. This decision has forced me to no longer go to Starbucks.
I order this drink every single time I visit Starbucks and this was the first time us was truly awful

Got a grande peppermint mocha this morning. Tastes like mint toothpaste. Train your staff to make drinks properly. For the $$$ they cost they should be made right
