The poor customer service at this location was incredibly frustrating. I can understand being out of menu items (blamed on storms in Texas) but what really set off my inner Karen was when I was refused a single straw by two different employees. Most businesses, Starbucks included, at least have the common courtesy of basic customer service skills, but not at this location. I come into this Starbucks all the time since I work down the street and have never had a problem until today went through the drive through and purchased a small white rose and large white mocha the guy kade took my order repeating it back incorrect I tried to verify at the window and the manager just shouted “she wanted a small” screwed up my order I work in fast food I understand things get mixed up and wrong orders happen but I called to let the manger know about what...read full review
Went to this location tonight. The barista named Messy was EXCELLENT. She is a great ambassador for the Starbucks brand. Clean store, well lit, very good service.
