Whoever was working the drive through 01/15/25 @ 4:00 needs to work on their attitude and stop rolling their eyes at PAYING customers. No reason I should feel like I’m being friendlier than you… thanks is a great place to start. If you don’t want to have your morning ruined, go anywhere else. I refuse to give any Starbucks my business from this point on— and I thought the West Omaha locations would be better. It seems that regional management needs to focus on teaching fundamental customer service.

As my wife and I arrived at this location (10:00 AM), we were greeted by locked doors. After my attempts to open the door were unsuccessful… since it was locked… I knocked to get the barista’s attention.
The barista held up her finger as to signal “1 minute”. So, my wife and I waited patiently with another set of customers until the barista had finished making the order she was working on.
When the barista came, we were excited to finally have that warm touch of the white chocolate mocha hit our lips. Instead, we were greeted with a very disrespectful barista who slapped a sign on the door that stated their lobby was closed and she just walked away. No acknowledgement of the 4 customers waiting outside or anything.
Just slapped the paper onto the window and walked away.

Never makes drinks correctly, always “forgets” the add ons or at least one item when doing a pick up order. The drinks are never as good at this location

This place is always busy, but the wait time is not more than 5 min, after a couple of visits they know your. Name without asking! This place is very popular as an open space office any time of the year. If you need to work in a quiet atmosphere, that’s the place! The only inconvenience is that is small and some of the supplies are in a customer visibility. I general very nice place and they handle very good.

I hate complaining about restaurants but hate even more that my drink gets messed up every time I come to this location. They Never put enough caramel drizzle in drinks even when you ask and pay for extra.

The service was awful. Even with ordering ahead and the store literally empty, it took 15 minutes to get a plain coffee. While waiting, I decided to grab a pastry and the guy bagging orders for drive thru couldn't be bothered to help me even though he was right in front of me. In fact, no one said a word to me other than my name when my order was finally ready.
