Came through ordered a trenta mango dragonfruit refresher and 2 bacon cheddar smoked croissants. Recieved 2 ciabatta sandwiches instead and the employee, Jayce, rolled their eyes and scoffed when I asked for it to be corrected. I wasn't even upset about the mistake on the food, it happens, but the disrespect from the employee is ridiculous as this is not the first time said person has acted this way.

if i can give this place zero stars i would. rude ass manger yelled at us and told us it would be a 15 min wait before he would take our orders when we came in due to the fact of too many people in the drive through. the drive through was empty when we pulled around. will not be returning.

I hate complaining about restaurants but hate even more that my drink gets messed up every time I come to this location. They Never put enough caramel drizzle in drinks even when you ask and pay for extra.

The service was awful. Even with ordering ahead and the store literally empty, it took 15 minutes to get a plain coffee. While waiting, I decided to grab a pastry and the guy bagging orders for drive thru couldn't be bothered to help me even though he was right in front of me. In fact, no one said a word to me other than my name when my order was finally ready.

Haven't been in a while but use to frequent this location. Stopped in this morning and they haven't skipped a beat. Friendly staff and the items were all perfect. Keep up the great work!

Drove all the way here just to see a paper sign on the door saying closed today. Such a disappointment and waste of time. I wish it said something on the app or something.

I really don't understand the popularity of Starbucks. I only stopped because they were close by. I figured I would give them another try and I really needed a cup of coffee. I like a dark roast and their suggestion was a Verona. There were 6 people working but it took almost 10 minutes before I got it along with a donut...it wasn't busy but they did apologize that they forgot my order. Two sips in and I remembered why I hate their coffee. Bitter and burnt with notes of ash would be my impression of a Verona. I tried the donut thinking I could use the coffee to wash it down. Nope! The old fashioned glazed donut was so old the glaze had melted and sticky/gluelike wound be my comparison. It was inedible. I didn't have time to ask for a refund so just tossed in their trash and left...for good! I guess if I liked the many super sweet coffee concoctions they offer I'd be a fan too. But for just a good cup of strong smooth coffee I'll go elsewhere.

I ordered a vente white chocolate mocha late and just got a mocha, which I do not like those at all. Very disappointed. A waste of my money because they are not cheap.
