Usually I never have an issue at this store but this is the second time I’ve ran into this lady she’s this girl with black and red braids, she told me to pull back around because I put in my order too soon so I do and a different girl is at the window I said I’ve only ever been told that by her so the girl with red and black hair comes back over and starts arguing we have times to meet so you have to pull around when we ask, the point of those times are to make sure you are getting those orders out in a timely manner to your customers now two people are in front of me what’s the different if those two people order at the speaker and now they have to wait and I’m waiting behind them because that’s what happened, I understand there are times I’ve have been in that place before and she said then you should understand that you need to pull around because of the times, she was rude and argumentative about everything and there was no need for her to even come up and go on about why, you should not tell a customer this.

The customer service at this location is atrocious. I ordered at 12:37 and 20 minutes later still didn’t have my drink. They didn’t even have my ticket and instead of making the drinks just refunded me. Their staff should be able to recognize people sitting there for 20 minutes with no drink and question if they’ve been helped. Every time I go to this location they are rude and annoyed I thought to stop and order a drink.

Went inside and avoided the 15+ vehicles in the drive thru. Coffee was good and hot and service was fast.

Parking: Could not get to the parking area due to blockage from vehicles in drive thru line.

Service is terribly slow. 15 minutes later and multiple drive thru customers later… I was finally served. As you can see it’s not full. Poor business. Poorer customer service. Bad management.
