I'm not one to review all the time so no matter how bad a place is I need to review it, if I don't like it I won't go back. But not today i have been here many times, but this morning i ordered the same drink as usual, my drink had to pay extra $1.25 "Extra Salted Caramel Cream Cold foam $1.25" i am satisfied with usual, but this morning the 2 young girls made it for me, when they brought my drink there was only a little cold foam, when i asked for extra cold foam they said it was not possible, while the glass was more than half empty, when i tried to explain that i have never encountered this situation before, my drink is always fine and they said that they can only do that, ok i said i would pay extra for extra cold foam, but the girl still refused, and said "you wanna control me" wtf😂 and i had to emphasize that i would pay extra again, and i went to the cash register to pay extra $1.25 for each drink, which means my drink was charged double the price of cold foam $3 for extra cold foam, i bought a venti size cup and had to pay extra for them to fill my venti size cup 😂 ridiculous. what is worth mentioning is the attitude of the girl who made me water, you know what if you have something wrong with you or don't like your job, quit. no one has the responsibility to pay you for your hourly rate, while you work as a server and bring a rude attitude to customers, I will laugh at your parents for not knowing how to raise their children, otherwise stay home and bring your rude attitude to your parents, don't do that to customers. thanks

Ordered online for pickup and they gave me the wrong order, didn’t notice until I got home and gave it to the person who ordered it. Had the right information on the side but was the completely wrong drink inside. Even had to remind them of the bottled water.

I have to say, thanks to Ashley's suggestion, I had a wonderful new experience today! I usually stick to my iced coffees, but I tried the iced peach green tea lemonade and I enjoyed it! I'm so glad I stepped outside my comfort zone and tried something new, and it's all thanks to your recommendation. Now I'm curious to explore more of the tea options at Starbucks. Thank you again for being such a helpful and friendly barista or Starbucks partner!

Every time I go and try to get coffee from them no one is ever there. I always look over and the are just hanging out in the deli. And when they do get there half of them are rude for no reason. Bad crew and bad experience!

As I have said before, this Starbuck's has wonderful staff; always pleasant & helpful.Hours changed with COVID & decreases in staff everywhere. I was just informed that they are hopefully going to be open until 8 p.m. Starting the week of 12/5. (They had been closing at 7p.m.) Time, staffing issues & future health mandates will tell.
