Very nice workers however a weird group of the location managers showed up looking like they haven’t showered in three days with greasy hair open shoes with no socks and food stained clothes and had a team meeting while I was sitting at a table when the me of them randomly just started taking chairs from our table without asking. So great service but I feel awful for them for having to work with and smell the people running the place

Food and my strawberry acai drinks are always great! My iced coffee today was another story. I ordered an iced coffee with caramel drizzle and just a tiny splash of soy milk. I have ordered this drink before many times from other locations. And never had an issue. I received it and it looked way too light to have only a tiny splash of soy milk in it. The order sticker was also wrong but I tasted it anyways and it was very milky. I told the employee at the window that it looked and tasted wrong and repeated what my order was and he said they would fix it. He took it back to the girl who made it and within less than a minute they brought a new drink out that looked identical, tasted identical, still did not have caramel drizzle on it and had the exact same amount of ice in it. The only difference was a new cup. Most people probably order the same drink or two every time they go. We know if it is wrong and are not fooled by simply pouring it into a new cup.

What an incredibly refreshing surprise. I was in town on business and haven't been anywhere near here before. Alice greeted me like she'd known me forever. She was kind but also very funny which was a comfort in a new town. She wasn't the hero I expected but definitely the hero I needed that day.
Looking forward to future business trips because of this experience. You're lucky to have her.

Real good experience with this visit, the bacon sausage egg potato burrito and the Vente Carmel Moc, out of sight !! Treated like I was the only customer today !! Great repour with Will and Keaton. Wow !! What a nice visit. They should be commended, I am regular on Sunday's. TY ALL 😊
It's probably the worst Starbucks around with a manager who is rude and unhelpful. They pick and choose when they are going to be open and are completely unreliable. Unfortunately, I have moved on to the one on 186th and Maple and have had no issues since.

Very fast and good recommendation. I asked for a coffee drink that a competitor has by mistake and they didn’t hesitate to explain, weren’t offended and offered something better. Gift cards are purchased at the window with no waiting! Express great coffee is simply the best!

Really bummed to have to write this. Wife and I loved this location for years. Ambience was nice, staff friendly, plenty of seating.
The decline in the last year has been astonishing, almost to the point of wondering why this location is open. On Tuesdays at 5pm, it is a hit and miss if the lobby, drive thru or the whole store is closed. There is very little seating in the lobby as well.
We try to go and we have no idea if we are able to enjoy our time. Driving by I have seen a massive line that does not move. Until this location is staffed up, should probably suspend services. The inconsistency is consistent and there should be some serious considerations from management.
