Placed an online order. Arrived about 5 minutes after it was stated to be ready. No order at the counter which was fine, but the barista seemed irritated she had to help us.
First she couldn't find the order. I ran back to my vehicle and grabbed my phone to show her. She ignored me for a few minutes before even looking at my phone. She reiterated she had no record of that order but started making it, asking repeatedly what the order was (it was one drink). Near the end of making it she conveniently found the slip with my name and order. The drink was very wrong.
Won't be back to this location again. The staff was just beyond rude and irritated by having to do their job.

Really nice drinks and people. Only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is because you HAVE to tip 20%. Otherwise, would definitely recommend.
