The baristas at this location don’t have customer service skills. There have been several instances where they hand me my drink in the drive through and just shut the window and walk away while I’m asking for a straw or drink holder. I end up having to go inside and get it.
There have also been times when I order a drink with add ons or customizations and the barista taking the order misses the changes. Seems like more training is needed at this store.

I can’t say enough good things about the team at the Starbucks on Saddle Creek in Omaha. I was hosting an event and needed 16 travel jugs of coffee, along with everything else necessary to make it a success. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my request, and they made the whole process so easy!
They had everything ready ahead of time, perfectly organized, and exactly as I needed. The level of professionalism and care they showed was incredible. They didn’t just meet expectations they exceeded them. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work.
If you’re looking for a Starbucks that goes the extra mile, whether for a large event or your daily coffee, this is the place to go. I highly recommend the Saddle Creek location an absolute gem in Omaha! Thank you to the amazing team for making my event a success. You all are the best!

I really like this location. Alex is my favorite barista. I order the same drink everyday and one time it was made completely wrong. I notified Alex and he remade it PERFECTLY! and now he makes my drinks when I visit. His customer service is every Starbucks goer dream and I’m super grateful that I found him lol

Not happy with the service, food and coffee sat on the table over 20 minutes while I am waiting for my name to be called. I have to go back to get a new coffee because my first order was cold and wrong. Sam helps to get a new coffee made, Thanks for that.
