Caramel ribbon crunch should have crunch upon crunch each sip and there was next to none in my drink today as well as zero dark camel sauce on the bottom all whipped cream, please pay attention!!! Not everyone wants to have their drink remade when sitting in the drive thru

I recently ordered a venti chai latte with strawberry foam and whipped cream, served in a venti cup. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the drink I received. The beverage tasted overwhelmingly like plain milk, lacking the taste of chai flavor I was expecting. Moreover, there was no whipped cream included, despite it being part of the order. This isn’t the first time neither, i was hopping for the 2nd time to be better, i guess not.

Super nice crew! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Even while busy, you feel they are giving your full attention. I did stay for awhile due to working remote and my Internet sucks. They were kind the whole time and the environment was chill. There was music playing there that gave it a nice vibe. But I know some people like silent. I don't so I appreciated this spot. Got bread and done in coffee with a free refill. Would go back here!

The past few months anytime I go here my order is wrong. I ask for a hot drink they give me iced and when I approach the error. They give me an attitude like I was in the wrong for asking them to make my drink right. It’s unfortunate the gentleman that works the window is selective on kindness and providing customer service.
We got the brown sugar latte and matcha with strawberry cold foam. Honestly they both were good. Definitely coming back

The baristas at this location don’t have customer service skills. There have been several instances where they hand me my drink in the drive through and just shut the window and walk away while I’m asking for a straw or drink holder. I end up having to go inside and get it.
There have also been times when I order a drink with add ons or customizations and the barista taking the order misses the changes. Seems like more training is needed at this store.
