The manager is really condescending and made us feel super unwelcome even in the drive though. There was nothing wrong with the food or drinks but I won’t go back because of how we were spoken too about placing a mobile order and getting to the store “too quickly”. We didn’t complain or anything (they hadn’t even opened the window yet) and they called the manager over to give us a talk about it. Kinda ruined our morning.

I just wanted to say thank you for everything y’all do. I started a new job recently - it’s been a handful, and getting a quick coffee & breakfast from Starbucks has been my saving grace.
I didn’t get names, but everybody I’ve spoken to thus far has been extremely kind, courteous, and attentive. I really appreciate it.

I was really excited to try the new horchata oat milk shaken espresso, but what I got was really, really bad and had no creaminess to it whatsoever. I don’t know if the oat milk was just forgotten entirely or what, but $7 is a lot of money to waste on a drink that is completely undrinkable.

whoever is on bar with the black apron PLEASE learn how to do matchas, every time i come in and you do my drink it’s DISGUSTING! Anyone else that does my drink in this store does it amazing it’s consistent tastes like matcha. Now i avoid the store if i see you in there, i don’t want to spend so much money just to throw away the drink.

A year or so ago I would not have given this rating. I have to say today was so good. The food was good and the service was great. They even brought it to out table. They were very friendly.
Ordered an iced cherry chai grande and a cookies and cream cake pop. The order came out fast. Seating is nice in the lobby with a variety of table options. Music Playlist was nice inside as well. Drive thru is available

Bitter coffee, employees are monotone and unprofessional. Go to the scooters across the street instead.

I ordered a Iced lavender matcha (venti). My husband ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso. The ice was so thick, so much that he barely had coffee in it. Starbucks fixed this...mine however had zero lavender...which is the whole reason I order it...and this is my favorite location. Please pay attention to order details so things get made accordingly. We appreciate you guys very much and would like to have this resolved. Thank you

Starbucks is promoting the lavender drinks, in my opinion they are extremely awful, it actually looked grey...and the taste is unbearable. The cherry foam is way too sweet. It is beyond me when starbucks finds drink that go viral, they remove them calling them seasonal....really!?!?! The sugar cookie latte was very popular as well as the pecan. Sadly these were removed for the terrible drinks mentioned above.
