I don't mean to be a Karen, but I ordered a drink this morning an extra large strawberry acai lemonade with no dried fruit and it was pure water. It was fruity water. I'm not going to ask for a refund but will be making sure before I leave the drive through that the order is what I ordered. Please do better next time.

Very standard Starbucks location. Staff was attentive and did a good job. Nothing amazing or anything. I will say it is usually almost empty inside, or has been every time I go inside. Makes for a good place to study or read.

Will never come to this location again. I ask for a certain way and I get an excuse why they can't do it but 5 other location in town will pore the milk over the ice. Very unhappy because I explained to them when giving my order but falls on deaf ears again. They did say next time the will do it right. Didn't even have a sip, why couldn't they fix it now ? Use to like coming here because they did it the way I liked it but now with new loud mouths it's their way.

Not all Starbucks locations are created equal and this one is a standout! The baristas were exceptional - very friendly and welcoming, helpful at resolving an issue, and the coffee was great.
My go-to drink is not on the menu and not on their register keyboard. I was away from my usual Starbucks but thought I would give them a try. The shop was very clean and well organized but at first, I couldn't find the cup I was looking for so I went to place my order and low and behold, the cup was displayed on the counter because they had recently got them in. I then placed my order for a pastry item and my drink. The barista taking my order was very patient and using great care to make sure she got it correct. WOW! That was THE best drink I have ever had from any Starbucks, including my regular store. I only wish I could teach my home Starbucks to make my drink that way. It was so good.

Today I ordered from the app and was surprised when I showed up and my drink was a medium because I've only ever gotten a large. I asked the girl at the window if this was correct and then I checked my app and I had ordered a medium. I asked her if there was a way to add more to mine and make it a large and pay the difference. She said yes she came back. I gave her money expecting some change and she gave me five cents back. When she came back with my drink, I asked her why it was so much because she said I would just pay the difference and she said no I had to charge you for a whole drink. I asked why did you not tell me that before and she said it was my mistake for ordering it incorrectly on the app. I asked if I was getting a refund for the other drink that I purchased that she kept and she said no so I asked if I could have my other drink then. Before I could even, ask for another straw, she shut the window, turned her back to me and started talking about me to the other employees. I've never had a Starbucks be so unaccommodating and rude. I have written many five star reviews for other Starbucks in Omaha for their great customer service. Your employees are the face of your company, and this employee was very rude. She did not want to help in this situation- she only wanted me to be wrong.

I was sitting here in the drive thru for 15 minutes they only helped the person In front of me and once I went up to the window and no help at all they didn’t even try to acknowledge that I was there I was ignored and they took my order at the speaker.
