I recommend that the Starbucks in Elkhorn kill all the flies that fly around while you're ordering and or eating in their restaurant. I complained but they didn't seem to care too much.

I went inside and stood there for a few minutes while the employees acknowledge me, looking at me like i’m crazy for going inside, the employees never said anything to me, not even I’ll be with you shortly. Every time I go to this location the service gets worse and worse.

We were told a different price than actually charged at the window, seemed unusually slow at the window. I wasn't a fan of the Apple pie Carmel macchiato, it was too reminiscent of an instant oatmeal packet.

Always a happy smiling face, but the pup cup service is the best. My puppy starts whining the moment we pull into the drive through. She loves to see the person at the window and get her pup cup

Don’t order from the app for this location. They prioritize the drive-through every time. I’ll place my order 10 minutes before arrival and I still end up waiting until they make my order most often. It would’ve been shorter for me to go through the drive-through with 8 cars deep. This was not a one time occurrence. After the third time, I’m just done.

Lobby closed... it would be nice if they would shut down mobile orders. I use mobile ordering so I don't have to be stuck in their God awful, tiny drive thru line. But when the lobby is closed and it takes 15 minutes just to get to the window... really?

I have been to this Starbucks several times, and only had one bad experience with service. I was told I couldn't use my rewards points because she had already started the transaction (not sure why she couldn't restart it), and then she gave me a cake pop... Instead of an entire sandwich. If it was another entree I could have just eaten it for that day but it was a cake pop. I had to go back through the drive through. 4 stars though bc all of the other experiences have been good
