Just popped in for a cup of coffee. No real complaints. Service was fine.

I've visited this location twice and ordered Venti drinks with no foam and no whip, but both times my cup was only filled to two-thirds. For the premium prices Starbucks charges, this is simply unacceptable.
On my latest visit, I tried to address the issue with the shift manager at 8:15 AM on 12/4/24, but she refused to provide her name. Instead, she gave me the store manager's number, which went unanswered when I called.
The lack of professionalism and courtesy in this situation is extremely disappointing. I expect better from a brand like Starbucks.

I go to this one around lunch time, I can’t speak for the interior as I never go in, but the drive through employees (around 1pm during the week) are always super friendly and helpful

Four people on shift, one person working, one person cleaning, two people having a conversation. Wasn’t greeted or acknowledged, just stood there waiting to be helped. Finally turned around and left. I’d suggest to drive the extra five minutes to a different Starbucks, don’t waste your time. Terrible service.

My drink went okay. Had plenty of staff, most stood in place. One young lady was making orders drive thru and inside plus online requests. She was a unique employee there at that time. Outside area only had couple napkins, cups out there, may have just left. Inside area was well kept up

What I ordered versus what I got. It was brought to the baristas attention it wasn't right, but she insisted it was. Drink was good, just missing strawberry puree. Normally don't have this issue, so still giving 4 stars.
The baristas were all so nice. I wasn't thrilled with my originally ordered drink and asked a couple of questions about it. The barista had made it just as I ordered but told me she would make another one for me with some changes. She went the extra mile and insisted on remaking it differently so I could enjoy my drink. The second drink was delicious; and it meant a lot to have someone personally care about me and my experience like she did. Very impressed!

Yesterday and today my orders weren’t correct. I asked for a flavor syrup shot added yesterday and my cold brew tasted like none of the original syrups or my add. Today they got the size wrong and “fixed” it by pouring it into the correct size cup and adding what looked like the remainder of the cold foam from their first mistake.

This is one of the greatest locations that I have visited. The team here always goes above and beyond by giving exceptional customer service. I highly recommend a visit here if you haven't been in the past.

Horrible! Makes the wrong size and just dumps it into a bigger cup and adds ice. Just lazy practices. Did not have time to turn back. Just look at the amount of ice in my cup.

Don’t get a Tall anything from this store. I received a Tall Lavender Oatmilk Latte and got almost a quarter of it with syrup.Terrible service and experience
