Drive through is slow sometimes at this location, workers are always friendly and trying their hardest to speed things up though. This location has one of the prettiest lobbies out of Omaha locations I’ve visited. Definitely worth a visit.Wheelchair accessibility: Perfect

STARBUCKS ON 90TH AND FORT....Drink was wrong and when I called within 5 minutes, I wasn't believed,had to bring in drinks w order on cups, STILL didn't believe me. Weird. It's on the paper. Place,drink and time. Gave me 4 "recovery cards" worth 4 bucks each. Less than the amount of my drinks. And I bought a Cup from drive thru w order and she literally gave me the dirty one from the outside display. Gross. Very very disappointed in the customer service.

Came to the Starbucks off of 90th and fort trying to get my drink for half off Thursday waited in line over 15 minutes got to the window right at 6 the young lady said it was too late to get my drink half price because they were slow and taking forever through the line I will never return to 90th and fort location ever again this has got to be the slowest location in town wish I could give zero stars
Usually have good experiences at this location. Today, that was not the case. Mobile order for two drinks at 10:10. Showed up at 10:23 and they were finishing one of the two drinks. Didn't get my second drink until 10:29, but watched as other mobile orders were completed in between my two drinks. My two drinks were made by two different baristas. The first drink was not sweet at all- have ordered it many times and it did not taste right. The second drink was decaf and had so much ice it was difficult to drink. Also, due to the amount of ice, they didn't add as much water as usual for the decaf, making the drink much stronger than usual, and did not get as much cold foam- I've ordered this same drink dozens of times and have never had ice sitting in my cold foam! Ive also never received it being completely unmixed like this. The cup was so messy that rather than cleaning it, they just stuck it in a second cup, making it impossible to drink until I got home- luckily that's where I was going, but I wouldn't have been able to enjoy it if I was driving somewhere. As I said, overall, I get really good service and drinks here, and have frequented this location quite a bit since it opened (hence the four star rating), but today was a very hard miss- possibly prepared by new baristas?

Got an order today for 12 drinks and it was very disappoint they forgot one drink and the refreshers had no flavor.
The only location I've gone to that gets the drink I order correct and taste good every time.

Showed up in the drive thru 5 minutes before they closed. She wouldn’t take my order. Said they closed early. If you have hours, you should keep them. It was very disappointing for my granddaughter not to get her drink after wrestling I asked to speak to the manager and the woman said she was the manager I don’t think so.
