These peeps were amazing. They went above and beyond what I had expected. They touched my heart and made my day with the service they provided to me.They were friendly and helpful and extremely pleasant to chat with. I will totally be going back to this Starbucks.

I recently visited the Starbucks located at [219 S 72nd StOmaha, NE 68114and I must say, it was an incredibly disappointing experience. The service provided by the employees was subpar, to say the least.Firstly, I was shocked to witness the staff engaging in horseplay instead of attending to customers. It was unprofessional and created an unwelcoming atmosphere. This type of behavior is completely unacceptable in any customer service setting.To make matters worse, I had to endure an excruciatingly long wait time of 35 minutes just to receive my order. Despite the obvious inconvenience, none of the employees bothered to apologize or provide an explanation for the delay. This lack of basic courtesy is highly disappointing and reflects poorly on the Starbucks brand.As a loyal customer, I have never encountered such a poor experience at any other Starbucks location. This visit took place at 1:30 PM, and I finally received my drink at 2:35 PM. The level of service I received was simply unacceptable.I sincerely hope that Starbucks takes immediate action to address the issues at this particular location. Customers rely on Starbucks for quality service and a pleasant experience, and this visit fell far short of those expectations. I advise potential customers to consider alternative locations until the necessary improvements are made.Remember, constructive feedback is essential for businesses to grow and improve.

The service at this restaurant was slow and the waiters were not very attentive. The food was decent, but it took a long time to arrive. Also, the restaurant was a bit noisy and crowded, which made it hard to have a conversation. I don't think I'll be coming back here again.

What an amazing experience! I want to start by saying that I am a former Barista at Starbucks. The barista that took my order today was phenomenal. Her name was Hillary! Hillary was so kind and efficient with taking and providing me with my order. We exchanged a casual conversation while I waited for my order and she really gave the impression that she enjoys what she does and it is clear that she is good at what she does. Thanks Hillary and welcome to the Fraternal Order of Baristas!

Staff is not very polite. Ordered online while working in the lobby, waited over 30 mins for it to come to the counter, never did. Interacted with staff to remedy the situation and wasn't treated very nicely. Three stars because my first order upon arrival was quick and perfect, that employee was super considerate and polite. Lobby isn't very clean and I haven't seen staff wipe any tables in the four hours I've been working here. Lobby space has plenty of seating, though. Good enough if you need a place to do some work, etc.

Outstanding service... Very quick turnaround on our mobile order. As usual, the store was spotless and the to-go counter was well maintained. And the baristas are super friendly and outgoing... they always brighten our day.

Honestly, I've been to this Starbucks a handful of times and have never once had poor service. The baristas are friendly, patient, and kind. I never feel like they are looking down on me or getting frustrated.While it's true the drive-thru isn't great, I think that just comes with the territory. Not quite sure if that is Starbuck's fault. Overall though, I think this place is totally ok to get coffee. I'm giving it 4 stars because the actual inside isn't always clean ir the most comfortable + the price keeps increasing, but I find that at almost every Starbucks.

430 on a Saturday afternoon. Three employees. Zero cars in the drive through, zero other customers. And the worst service I've ever had at a Starbucks. It took ten minutes to get two simple drinks, and when I asked for the straw for the frap, little smart boy says, "they're right there," in a rude manner. Yeah, they're right there, BEHIND the counter. Seriously, head nothing else to do but walk 4 feet and hand me a straw. Sorry for inconveniencing you, bud. Oh, and the flat white tastes scorched. Well done.
