I stopped by the Starbucks on my way to work this morning after noticing only three cars in the drive-thru—a rare sight during the morning rush in Omaha. I decided to pull in, and I'm so glad I did! I ordered a 16 oz Nitro Cold Brew with coconut milk, and by the time I finished ordering, the line had cleared, and my drink was already waiting for me at the window. The service was quick and friendly, but the real star of the experience was the coffee. It had rich, smooth tones with a thick, velvety foam that made each sip feel indulgent. Absolutely delicious! Whether you're in a hurry or just need your coffee fix, this Starbucks never disappoints.

Awful coffee. Terrible management. Coffee took almost 10 minutes to make and tasted like dirt. It's the stupid leading the blind at this location. Everyone I dealt with was rude and had no idea how to operate efficiently. Would rather get coffee and a sandwich at McDonald's.

Terrible service, the two women in there that served me (one in a blue sweater and the other in baggy wrangler jeans). One gave me and my lady our drinks and aggressively slammed the door in our face, when we had only received the drink portion of our drink. Then the middle aged blue sweater woman handed us our sandwiches and no napkins. Will be frequenting other locations this day forth.

All the employees totally turned my morning around because no other fast food restaurants were answering their headsets for the drive thru and I had wasted 30 minutes going through other places trying to get food before coming here, and everyone was so kind about listening to my rant & making sure I felt heard and understood. I think they made my food& drink with extra care!
