I mobile ordered a Dragon fruit mango lemonade refresher, and there was no Dragon fruit. I didn’t even notice that it was my drink until they called out the order again. I went up there and they only wrote on the cup that they were out of berries. I tried to get the attention of someone there to see if I could get something else instead, and I was ignored. I paid for the drink I ordered not the drink I got, if I simply wanted a mango lemonade I would have ordered that and it would have been cheaper. If they wouldn’t have ignored me and I was able to get a different refresher I wouldn’t be to bothered, but as someone who works in the service industry at a coffee shop, this was very rude, and as an employee I would try to at least pay attention to the customer and would apologize for not having something and try to do something about it, not write on the cup and ignore the customer and give them something that cost less then what they paid for.

The customers are not treated respectfully, and the staff are rude. They often make mistakes with the drinks and with the prices, and when you ask them about it they respond angrily and rudely. This is especially for the nighttime staff. I’ve heard that they have poor manners and often get the orders wrong, giving the wrong drinks and being very rude at the drive-thru, even closing the window in customers’ faces. Overall, it’s a very disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t recommend going there because the employees are very unprofessional and disrespectful, even mocking customers

“This place has been somewhere I’ve been going to for a long time, and at first, it was fine. However, recently, I’ve noticed that their customer service has gotten really bad. They even raise the price for the drink I used to have it everyday showed them the screenshot from my phone, proving that this was the price I was quoted just three days ago, but they didn’t even look at it. Instead, they told me that it had been a long time since they offered that price doesn’t make sense.fir their behavior So I just asked why the price changed, the staff responded rudely and even start laughing among themselves inside the store. When I asked to speak to the manager, they claimed to be the manager themselves. I’ve heard from others before that this place has poor customer service, but I didn’t believe it until I experienced it myself. It’s unprofessional and disrespectful. I hope the manager sees this message. The staff includes three Black girls, one Mexican lady or I can tell most of them just there is a blond lady not seen her very often she was okey

How difficult is it to serve oatmeal with the toppings it's supposed to come with?
I really enjoy getting starbucks. It's always fresh, and the baristas always seem to be in positive spirits. I ordered the brown sugar oatmeal shaken espresso (with a few additives), a strawberry acai lemonade, and 2 cheese danishes. All were delicious as expected.

My normal order is just a plain iced matcha. This was the first time I went to this location and my drink was not made properly, too much match. But won’t hold it against them. Service was good and staff was friendly. I will go again and see if it happens again.

I would rate better if my husband hadn't have over heard the pregnant employee say **where is all these people coming from, they need to go home). On top of all this, i had to send him right back in because there was still a drink missing that she had forgotten to make. When he approached her. She responded in a rude manner that it was coming up. Right after you made the rest of the drinks, you decided to make other drinks and still got an attitude when telling him it was coming up.
