Really love this location and the people working there. I was there studying recently and there was an elderly man who came in, ordered, and sat down. One of the employees walked his drink over to where he was sitting so he didn't have to get up. It was a simple and very sweet gesture! I hope the employees are treated well and paid fairly because they definitely deserve it!!

This has quickly become one of my favorite Starbucks locations in Omaha!My usual/home location is currently closed for remodel, and this was the next closest on my route, so I stopped by. It's quite newly opened but the staff is super friendly and the drinks are supremely tasty. I really love the design of this location too - it feels very modern and sleek! Also, it's always extremely clean inside when I've ordered in person (I drive through most of the time, though).It's on the busiest street in Omaha, so if you're driving by and feel like a little caffeine kick or bakery treat, it's a good choice!

I don't know about the coffee, because it's my husband who is a Starbucks' fan, but this location is so hidden from view behind some private buildings, and there's no sign at the entrance to tell there's a Starbucks nestled down there ?

The "supervisor " Lisa said to me that she would like me to have patience because the gal that was helping was new! In a tone that was all but rude! I was using a loud voice because of an ambulance driving by. Owner FYI...she is NOT supervisor material!
Everyone who works at this location works super hard . Dealing with all those grumpy boomers , who need a caffeine fix isn’t an easy job., im going to assume any of the bad reviews on here are just that, angry entitled boomers . We never have to wait very long , and even if we have it’s clearly busy and the crew is always. busting their a$$! We won’t use any other location. Support your local barista’s they work so hard (too hard sometimes) and are always busy. Drinks are always made perfectly , even when sometimes I order really weird ridiculous things ! This location is superior. We always tip 50 percent because these guys absolutely deserve it . Thanks for making our work days easier with the caffeine fix . ✌?❤️

Not sure why Starbucks can't seem to manufacture lids correctly but this is the second time I've had scalding hot coffee explode all over my car as a result of a lid not being properly secured.
