Love this crew. They keep the store clean, are kind (even in a rush) and if an ordered is incorrect, they always do their best to fix it. I go out of my way to visit this location!

This location has CONSISTENT problems. They screw up orders, giving my diabetic husband sugar and me sugar free when I have an allergy. They put foam in drinks that clearly state no foam. They don't fill the coffee cups that you are paying $6-$7 for a cup that's 3/4 full. It happens so often that you can't deny there's a training issue here. Go to the one on the corner of W. Center and 204th instead. They at least pay attention to details better (which is a key part of a job being a barista)

Really sucks this is the closest one to us. I swear this is the only Starbucks that messes orders up this bad. It’s consistently wrong. Had to give my drink back 3 times today. Ordered a Carmel macchiato gave me a black coffee. Gave it back, gave me the same thing with some milk. Gave it back, gave back the same drink with whip cream. Cmon man. Yall suck

I had a really disappointing experience at this Starbucks. Despite the store being practically empty, the staff seemed completely uninterested in helping customers. We waited quite a while for our order, only to realize they had completely forgotten about it. When we tried to get their attention, no one responded—even though they were just chatting among themselves on the microphones. It felt like customer service was the last thing on their minds. Really frustrating when all you're looking for is a quick coffee and decent service. Never going back to this specific one.

This is my favorite Starbucks location because this is the only one that delivers consistent coffee. Other locations are a hit and miss on how they craft your drink. That is why, I try to get my coffee here when I can. They even remember their regular customer's names so plus one for customer service.
