I had order a Trenta Pink drink and i had ask for very light ice and the guy that made my drink got upset because i told him it was supposed to be with very light ice and when he gived to me it was with lot of ice and he just pour it out to another cup and said there and i dint have any strawberry like it had in the other cup and just gave me like 2 strawberry 😡 i paid almost $7.00 dollars for my drink to only get 2 strawberry in my drink he is a tall guy with piercings thru his nose dint get his name and he was very rude towards me and I dint appreciate his attitude towards me. Plus i am a regular customer there. I always get greeted there when i walk they always greet me with a smile.

I’m not going to complain, but I am just sick and tired of me driving off out of the drive-through to look at my drink and it being full of ice and not even fall to the rim of my drink. It’s been multiple times that I have dropped off with my drink looking like this. I’m not one to make a scene to the drive thru employees Two to one time I did pick up and they just gave me an attitude so I’m like what’s the point I just hate how their customer service Before 7 o’clock hits, they are just always so rude. I understand people make mistakes, but I’m a regular. I work across the street so I don’t understand why this is always happening to me.

I have been to this location a few times to meet with clients and the staff has always been great. I had my son with me on one occasion and the barista was very helpful with talking him through some options and even offered to make modifications to his drink.
I ordered oatmeal to go, got to work, and saw they put none of the toppings I ordered on it and didn't give me any utensils! Luckily support helped me refund the oatmeal. Everything else in the order was good
