Not sure what kind of staffing issues are happening here, but this place needs serious help. I waited 25 minutes in the drive-thru with only two single drink orders ahead of me. The employee who took my order mentioned they were short-staffed, and it honestly felt like everyone was new. She didn’t seem to know whether cold brew was served hot or cold. They gave me the wrong drink, fixed it, and when I got home, I realized it was still the wrong one. Both drinks tasted very watered down and I threw them both out. Waste of $14.

Drinks are always great and on-time but manager was extremely rude (should not be yelling at the customer to fix a mistake they made) and staff was unable to assist. Manager said she’d fix the issue then didn’t and stormed off - I then asked for the manager’s name as this is unacceptable behavior in my opinion but was told they could not tell me the manager’s first name. Now the only question is do I switch to the 156th and dodge location or scooters?

This location always has no sense of urgency. You will see your order sitting on the counter next to the drive-thru but instead of handing it to you, the workers always walk away for the longest time.

Very disappointed and shocked when we tried to pay at the window for our order. Two drinks two sandwiches and refused to take United States currency in quarters. Had three rolls of quarters and would not take them.

Each team member was incredibly knowledgeable and eager to share detailed explanations about the drinks and ingredients. They patiently answered all my questions, taking the time to explain the nuances of various options and even offering insightful recommendations based on my preferences. Their willingness to educate and their genuine enthusiasm for their craft made the experience both enjoyable and enlightening. Worst experience ever I shopped the store every day Monday through Friday on today’s order I repeated myself four times in the drive-through when I got to the window. I kindly stated that my order was wrong. I only needed three drinks. The gentleman behind the window got upset and frustrated walked away when I tried to explain that the order was wrong. He become very agitated and was very rudely again. I shot the store five days a week never been treated so rudely when I stated I would not be treated this way he slammed the window in my face and told me to leave

This is such an amazing location! Every time I come here I'm shocked at the service, quality, and empathy and all the workers.

I'm here 3-5 times a week for at least 2-6 hours a day. There's absolutely no other place I'd rather be to write my book and get away from the stressors in my life.

This is by far my favorite Starbucks in town.
