I dropped into Stories a couple of times this morning and purchased a number of items including muffins, an iced mocha and a vanilla latte. Everything was delicious except for the latte, which tasted terrible; akin to a sugar free French vanilla thanks likely to the bottled syrup brand they use. When I returned and politely asked to exchange it for a drip coffee, I was charged for the drip coffee and was refused a refund on the latte. What!? If your paying customer is dissatisfied with one of your products, you refund or exchange it. How difficult is this? They failed at customer service 101 today.

Just tried their iced blackberry, lavender, white mocha latte. It's pretty good. :) I haven't been there in a few months and the barista remembered my name :') :') :') I do recommend their hot chai latte, it's the best one I've had in the area. The pork belly burrito is amazing too!
Great place to get work done. I enjoy the atmosphere a lot, the staff is super friendly. Would definitely be back! Drinks and food is amazing! Ask for the cinnamon roll, it is delicious ?

They are the nicest people here. I was visiting from out of town and ordered to the wrong location, but they generously remade my order and made me feel like it wasn't even a big deal. I'm not even someone who is local and can give them more business, but definitely would encourage others to do so. They have some wicked cool specials and seasonal drinks too.

Always the perfect ratios of coffee and flavor - like you can ACTUALLY taste the coffee! Also you get so much bigger servings for a very reasonable price (less than $5 for a medium iced latte with honey). Highly recommend, they have a great mission and great service!
