I love this location! After being very disappointed by the location on 72nd, I tried the one on 90th. The employees were very nice and friendly, whoever has the shift on February 7th, 2025 at around 5:30pm deserves recognition. Genuinely, I haven't had such friendly service at any other fast food or dine in restaurant in a great while. Thank you guys!

The gentleman working on a Saturday night couldn’t have been better. His demeanor, politeness, attitude, everything about him was just the best customer service experience that I can honestly say I have ever had at this, or any Subway, in the 30+ years I’ve been eating it. I didn’t get his name, but the tattoos all over his arms will be the tell if you walk in. He’s the best and we’ll recommend and definitely be back!

Everytime I come through the drive thru no one answers I came inside and waited for 5 minutes before someone came from the back ! She looked confused! I had to greet her and she just looked dazed. Terrible I’ll never be back

Today Tuesday October 29th at 5:30 in the afternoon I came to buy a sandwich and I had the most ugly and unpleasant experience in that store... they gave us terrible service... such a despotic and rude way of speaking.. They didn't let us choose anything extra for our sandwich and they made it to their liking... they also didn't offer us soda or chips... I don't know why they hire themselves to work... if they don't feel like doing it... I know I'm not wrong in my comment because I wasn't the only one who was poorly served. One customer who ordered online and they lost her ticket in the store and they had already charged her for the sandwich left very upset and I'm sure that both she and I will not return there... she didn't touch the computer and money and didn't change her glove to touch my vegetables...

Waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes today and no one responded so I went in there and waited 5 minutes without even being greeted then when I was i told him the drive thru wasn't working and he said he took the headset off because he was tired of answering it. He then proceeded to wipe his nose on his arm while making my sandwich. Horrible experience and wont go there again.

Only white bread at one in the afternoon, ordered on line, sandwiches weren't even started on a half hour later. No one in restaurant! White bread only was as hard as a brick. No sauce that was ordered, wanted to switch stores, said couldn't do that. Tipped for what? Never again!

We had placed an online order for the N 90th Street location and it said it was to be ready at 7:35 when we arrived there was only one employee working and severely behind...so instead of being rude we sat and waited...I mean what can you expect with only one person right....so anyway as we were sitting there a cockroach ran from under the table into the window..... disgusting!!! We finally got our sandwiches at 8:10 but by this time after seeing that cockroach we didn't even eat them!!! Even though it is not the employees fault I would absolutely not recommend!!!

One Of The Best Subway Sandwiches I've Had In A Long Time And The Guy Was Very Friendly I'll Only Come To This Location Moving Forward. It Was Clean They Were Fast They Had A Line But They Moved It Very Quickly Only Complaint Is It Was $32 for 2 Foot Longs!

Sandwich bread was hard as a rock! Also, you can't use their restrooms even as a customer! My Dad is elderly and even though the sign said "employees only", I was hoping he could use it anyway. The employee said "no" then informed the other customer behind me that I can't read. NEVER coming back even if this is the last Subway in town. This is far from the first issue I've had with this location, but it's definitely the last.

—-Solo—Came into the location of N 90th st. Near closing time give or take a half hour and had a young gentleman by the name of Solo take care of us.Although he had a couple of orders ahead of us consisting of several sandwiches plus closing and everything that comes along with that, he could not have been nicer, more accommodating, and overall pleasant to spend a couple mins with. Would highly recommend that particular location if for nothing else.
