There is a lady not sure what her name is but she is I a foreigner. She is HORRIBLE,RUID AND DISRESPECTFUL. I have been to some restaurants or fast food places where the service is not good. She is number 1 because she is the worst I have ever came in contact with. Don't go through the drive thru she never responds. When you pull up to the window she looks at you then she'll walk away like she doesn't see you. She is always saying they are out of something She does not need to be retrained . She needs to be FIRED ASAP.

I DoorDashed from this subway TWICE IN THE SAME DAY and I ordered a sandwich and chips with my first order and DID NOT GET THE CHIPS. Then I got my sister food maybe 45 minutes later and she got a sandwich with CHIPS AND A DRINK and did not get HER CHIPS OR DRINK. I am so ATROCIOUSLY SHOCKED, I love subway and it PAINS ME to write such a REVOLTING review from my fav sandwich place. WOW SUBWAY WOW. What kind of low life’s do you have working there. What do I do now switch over to jimmy John’s, maybe Jersey mikes. I’m not sure I may have to consider professional help for this APPALLING BETRAYAL OF TRUST.

I went inside to pick up and they did not tell me in person they changed the bread for my order and the cookies I requested. Contact should be necessary for these missing items and changed per customer choice.

Subway customer service beta bot online told me to contact store to get my refund so I did to speak to the manager. I was told shes only there minimal hours during the week and was hung up on mid conversation. Will not be returning to this location in the future.

Lady who waited on me acted as if she had far more important things to do than wait on me. This is another reason why I PREFER JIMMY JOHN'S! I only went here bc the person I was getting food for (in the hospital) prefers subway. Next time, I'll make the extra stop.
