I go to Subway in Omaha to get Goodrich ice cream. The girl that helped me was not engaging, did not seem like she wanted to be there. Therefore the atmosphere was very drab. Ice cream is not like it used to be. Time to find a new ice cream shop.

This subway, every time I come on multiple occasions, they refuse to take your order in the drive-through they tell you you have to come inside. I don’t even understand why they have a drive-through because they never take orders through the drive-through.

Subway food is the same pretty much anywhere you go..... So the food here is pretty good.The staff on the other hand seems to not care about their job and care even less about the customers.I stood in line today while listening to one employee scream at the other for not helping quickly enough.To say that it was awkward for the people standing in line would be an understatement.

Terrible service from an old woman working. There was a young man doing his best that was very friendly. They ran out of bread while I was there? They were not busy and the woman said that they had to reserve bread for online orders? I guess if you actually want a sandwich order online. Just very rude from the woman. First and last time visiting this location. Make the drive elsewhere or go to Jimmy John’s down the street.

They cancelled my order without calling or letting me know they were with any explanation. I got an email saying it was cancelled but no reason why. They also still have not refunded me for the order. Big bummer and I didn’t have the time to get anything else for lunch as I had planned to stop by, grab my lunch, and head back to work. This location is always lacking, but this was a little too far for me to return.

Very slow and lagging customer service; not picking up drive through order so came inside and two employees are in there w no customers in line.
Only one elderly man working 5 pm rush hour alone, was denied my meatball sub because nobody made meatballs on day shift. Order of 3 sandwiches took 30 min, none of them were toasted, Turkey titan had barely any turkey. Very sad and disappointing dinner for my family. Would never recommend 40th & Dodge location to anyone.

If I could add no stars I surely would I order the turkey Cali club did not come with nothing that comes on the sabdwhich then because I order from grub hub I couldn't be refunded I'm very upset

Last time I went to Subway on 40th & Dodge it was ridiculous! Bread was hard, customer service was horrible! Sandwich was thrown together, no thank you , nothing! I will not go back there anymore. The manager is even rude! I recommend the one at Bergan Mercy!
