I attempted to order door dash they let the order sit for over an hour before informing the driver once they got there that they were out of pretty much everything instead of informing the customer they didn't have this in stock, rejecting the order or simply turning off door dash to the location. They also don't answer the phone at all. Wouldnwaste your breath attempting to order here.

The cookies were rock hard the table they are making food on is dirty the containers with veggies in it had dried up veggies on it and the knives are being pulled out of a liquid of some kind before they cut your bread this was the worst Subway ever and it took 40 min to make 3 sandwiches

If I could rate them lower I would. Went in to sit and chat with a friend. We didn't grab anything right away because there was a long line and only one person working the front. We got so caught up in conversation, time went by and we forgot to get back up to purchase something.
A lady walks in with some tight shorts that looked more like underwear, baby on her hip, and a shirt that was too small. She was a manager getting on the clock, I couldn't believe it.
She rudely tells us we need to get out or buy something right away and then starts complaining to another customer about it. We were, but not anymore.
Understand and respect the store policy, but there is a polite way to handle those type of situations without turning away customers and being a jerk about it.

They barely put any meat on the food! All I taste is vegetables and too many bugs. They be blocking the meat section, but not the vegetables section. I don't know why? It still won't take away the bugs.

the employee who was helping me was very obviously drunk they didn’t know how to heat up the meat and kept staring at it took them like 20 minutes and i could smell alcohol on their breath.

We went and got 3 footlongs and everyone is sick. Stomach hurts, diarrhea and nausea since we ate. I have tried calling the number. Its disconnected. I have tried reaching out to Walmart to reach them and thats not a option either. I will not buy from them again. You cannot reach anyone

The last time We went to Subway at Walmart was better the time before. Which was on a Thursday night a we or so before my last... It was around 7:30-8pm -ish when we finished up at the register at Walmart when we divided to cheat for dinner and get Subway. Parked the cart and proceeded to counter thinking to order. A young lady came from the back and proceeded to sweep. Thirty seconds or so before she looked up and told use they were pretty much closed cuz someone did do their prep job. We asked how long, so she went back and asked. From what seemd like eternity, before she came back out. Said there was nothing they could do for at least 20-30 mins. Knowing we had a whole cart of groceries to put away with portion of it goes in freezer. So we were SOL on the quick dinner.The girl who took care of our last order said they are under new management again. So I guess only time will tell if things improve....

The service was horrible the girls were rude and disrespectful and unsanitary. The girl helping me was touching the register with dirty gloves with mustard on them. And when I mentioned it she was rude about it.The wait time was horrible they took their sweet like. And the line was getting very long. They refused to acknowledge that there was a line.We traveled from out of town and this was not the experience I was expecting. I’ve worked for subway a while ago and we never made customers wait that long. These girls need retraining on customer service. Safe to say I won’t be coming here again.Don’t waist your time. If you are looking for fast and friendly service this place is not it.
