Was very rude and rushed us and and when we asked for more toppings, we were told we weren’t allowed to put more than what they’re supposed to and she said when I asked her why she doesn’t know she’s just doing her job. never heard that before and every time we told them something that we wanted on our sandwiches, she said um what else what else what else and was rude over all and was told if we wanted more napkins We would I have to pay for them because they’re to expensive

Sandwiches are always good and fresh
There was a lady there who was kicking me and my friend out and being handsy with me for getting water and accusing me for grabbing lemonade even when I showed here my drink and she still kicked us out! she’s done this way to many times and not even for the same reason.
The old lady kicked us out for the DUMBEST reason. We were getting water and the water there is fully free, she kicked us out for getting some water and was VERY disrespectful and this isnt the first time shes kicked us out.
I now know why the subway at this location had no customers this afternoon 3pm. The customer service is horrible, the two teenagers/young adults that were working there at this time today had no interest in even speaking to the clients. They were somehow “too busy” to even look up from what they were doing, even if there was no other customers. I would like to hope this is not the norm for the customer service here but I don’t recall a single time when the customer service was any better. Pro-tip: if you want subway just get it from literally any other subway.

I ordered my sandwich with chips and a cookie, all good till I ask for a cup of water. The lady told me I needed to grab a bottle of water. I told her I wanted a CUP of water but she insisted I didn't have an option. I don't understand why you would get a cup of water anywhere else except here...
The service is great, the food is delicious and fresh, and everyone is quite nice. If you go in the evening you'll always see kids hanging out and having a nice chat over their sandwiches and clearly enjoying themselves.
Parking: The parking lot is directly adjacent to the building and if I remember correctly there are about 20-ish spots, which is usually fine because most people walk there or take their food to go, even when they're busy I've never seen the parking lot be full
Wheelchair accessibility: There's a ramp leading up to the door and the threshold is pretty smooth, though the door itself might be a little bit cumbersome. The seating isn't that bad, you just move one of the chairs to make space for a wheelchair

I ordered a Turkey sandwich heated. When I got home with the sandwich there was no meat in the sandwich. The person was rude who was waiting on me. This was the Subway at NFM at 3:30 PM

So I entered this subway, two Hispanic gentlemen informed me that their credit card machine was down. I said "okay, do you have wifi so I can order it online instead"? The bigger hispanic fella asked the othet one "hey do we have wifi?" I knew he was lying at that point about the wifi. But nah, there's other subways. I won't need to go to this one again.
