Ordered 3 sandwiches. NOT TOASTED. Young man decided to toast them anyhow after being asked not to several times. Then while cutting them one of them lost nearly all fillings from 1 side and he laughed and said sorry and wrapped it up and put it in the bag. I asked if we could get them all 3 made correctly and he responded with. Have a great day and enjoy. I asked again and he ignored me with a deer in headlights look. I get it it, its not the most glamorous job. But its your job. Just follow simple directions.

This is the worst subway I have ever eaten. The tomatoes were soggy and past their prime. The chicken had no flavor and wasn't cooked enough. I am highly disappointed and upset at the quality of the food as well as the staff. The man who made our sandwiches didn't seem to care to be there. He threw stuff on the bread without caring how sloppy it turned out... I don't want to eat here again.

I went into this establishment and it was very clean from what I observed the Crew Member was very polite and greeted me as I walked in held a conversation with manager and crew. protective of her boss and that was intriguing to me ive worked in restaurant field for 25+ years and they seem to be a great team i would say a solid foundation here. The atmosphere was like home and I definitely recommend this Subway The manager cares for her customers without a doubt she gave the most outstanding customer service. Great place HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE TWO WOMEN WERE GRRRREAT!!!

Tried to cancel an order as the website and app says to do it through the store as I was unable to pick it up. The lady cece on the phone said she wasn’t gonna be able to do anything for me. Which I know isn’t right!! Still have not received my refund through them!! Terrible service.

When I walked in, the supervisor was talking to the new employee about cross-contamination and that they must not do it i.e. touch turkey and then touch ham is bad touch ham and then touch turkey is bad.

My brother in law came in last night 30 minutes before close and no one helped him. They were cleaning and trying to close early and didn't even acknowledge him. I used to work fast food and if a customer came in even 2 minutes to close we'd still help them. No excuse this was bs. Won't be back to this location.
Unfortunately got a piece of hair stuck in my tuna sandwhich. I usually don’t post bad reviews about taste and all as that’s subjective. But finding a piece of hair stuck deep in my sandwhich that’s just neglected and gross.

Gone here 2x recently, first time it look 25 min with one person in front of me and 2 workers. Most recent time I went in, stood there for 5 min with 3 employees working and no one greeted me at all. They have no bathroom access, which means you can’t wash your hands before you eat either.
