Unfortunately got a piece of hair stuck in my tuna sandwhich. I usually don’t post bad reviews about taste and all as that’s subjective. But finding a piece of hair stuck deep in my sandwhich that’s just neglected and gross.

Gone here 2x recently, first time it look 25 min with one person in front of me and 2 workers. Most recent time I went in, stood there for 5 min with 3 employees working and no one greeted me at all. They have no bathroom access, which means you can’t wash your hands before you eat either.

Went in 5 minutes before 11 on Saturday morning On October 26 - Kid behind counter was making footling sandwiches-for a person who was to pick them up. Girl working with him was taking bread out of oven. Young man told me he couldn’t help me. Left angry; but returned after 11:15. Wanted a 6 inch Meatball with olives and cheese. The Girl behind counter scolded me for leaving. Then was told they didn’t have any Meatballs or sliced cheese- only shredded Cheddar-Jack. Left again without any food. Not returning to this location.

Horrible service. Had a mobile order for pickup at 320, took me until 430 to recieve it. I was here a few days ago with employees fighting in the back also. I've emailed corporate and would like a full refund.

Worst service ever. I come here all the time and service continues to go down. I order the same thing every time and they messed it up bad the last three times. The bread just crumbles in my hands. Also I ordered online and was told it was ready, yet I still had to wait over 20 minutes after I got there.

We ordered our food so we wouldn't have to wait. They day was already a long one. When we got there they didn't have boxes for the pizza so my son had to choose something else and we still had to wait. During that time an employee dropped a sandwich so we had to wait longer for that. A good 30 min of waiting.
My 2 kids witnessed a man peeing on the side of the building after being denied bathroom access, so.ething no mom wants their daughter to see.
Once we returned home I realized they made 2 of the same sandwich instead of what was ordered. So we have to drive back to the store and waste more time and gas adding to an already long day. A simple and fast food pick up turned into an hr long ordeal.
PS. Husband came home with my sanwhich. It was a chicken bacon ranch. There was no bacon on it, maybe 5 peices of chicken and only on one side of the sandwich, and parts of the bread was burned. I basically ate a veggie sandwich but wasn't about to waste more time here.

Food is fine. It's the chain of command that needs replaced. The store manager is rude. She doesn't treat her employees very professional. She is only 20 with zero etiquette of management. Some employees get treated better than 11others. She says one thing but then gets onto her employees for doing what she said to do. This entire store needs ALL new employees. From subway artist to management. The employers also need to learn phone etiquette and how to treat a customer. There's only been 2 employees from THE PAST that knew how to their customers.
