Young woman who prepared my sandwich was in a bad mood and literally drenched my Italian sandwich with 2 sauces when I said one only. I took my sandwich home. It took me 6 paper towels to absorb all the sauce that kept running out. If I squeezed my sandwich sauce ran out. Second time I've tried thos Subway. Won't go there again. Other Subways have been great.

I’ve been to this location every now and then over the course of a couple years or so, and it feels like it hasn’t gotten better. Every time I go the food is usually messed up somehow. Today, my boyfriend and I ordered two foot longs and a cookie. He had to go back in and get the cookie, cause they forgot to put it in the bag, and the woman he interacted with wasn’t very friendly until she understood he just needed the cookie and then she was nice. We get back home, I asked for red vinegar and less onions on my sandwich, it has regular onions and no red vinegar. He asked for regular mayo, parmesan, oil and vinaigrette and oregano on his and they gave him less mayo and none of those other toppings. It’s just frankly disappointing and we aren’t trying to drive all the way back to the store to get our sandwiches fixed and thought things would’ve gotten better by now, so we didn’t think we’d need to check our sandwiches in the car cause they were fairly simple. Please get better y’all we’re just trying to eat the food we asked and paid for.

The location of the store makes it kind of difficult to get into and they don't have as many sauces that some of the other locations have but all in all it's good location

The service there completely sucks!! We ordered ahead to have two foot long sandwiches made for a certain time for pickup. We arrived three minutes after the pickup time and the sandwiches weren’t even made or ready yet. It took the teenage staff of three ten minutes to make two sandwiches and after we got home, they weren’t even the right sandwiches we ordered. We ended going back to complain to the teenage staff that they messed up making the sandwiches. They remade the sandwiches but when asked to comp us two bag of chips, they refused. It will be a while before we visit this location again. The app sucks and so does this subway franchise!!

I ordered online and they were out of a couple items, which they kept in touch with me about! I’m not all that picky so it didn’t bother me. What stuck out to me though is that the employee was very genuine and kind! I didn’t get his name but I hope he sees this!
Just go to Jimmy John’s. This one is always ran by a bunch of teenagers who don’t know how to make a sandwich. Manager is never there if something comes up. Come here if you want a bread sandwich.

This is not really stores fault, but a Subway app issue and customer care/service issue. Ordered food on app for this store and used my 3200 rewards points and paid remaining balance with debit card. My debit card was charged and my reward points were wiped out, but the order never fully went through as app appeared to crash. Had sent son to store to pick up food and they advised never received order and nothing could be done about. Provided a manager number who also advised nothing that could be done, but that the charge to my bank account should be refunded. Following week saw charge to bank account was reversed, however my 3200 rewards points are still gone and not returned. Have submitted contact forms to customer care 3 times with no response other than a canned "thanks for your feedback". Give me my reward points back please.

They got three kids in there taking 30 minutes per order. Working in slow motion. Terrible customer service and waste of time. I was waiting for about ten minutes with only a few customers in front of me and all they got done was cut the bread. Had to get back to work and wasted my break because of the teenage kids they had working. I’m never going back to this place ever again and it’s a disgrace of a location to the Subway brand. We order often from this location. The staff is always working hard to fulfill the large amount of orders that come in. A big kudos to the 3 young men who were working the evening of 6/14/24. They were slammed and had a ton of online and in store orders. There were some impatient customers who didn't take into account it was a Friday evening and the staff handled themselves very professional and efficiently.

These people are so racist. I was there this morning trying to get 2 sandwiches there are 2 employees there going back and forth, no one wanted to help me until I left.Today 03/30/2024 @ 10:40 am.Zero star not even 1.
