The tall guy that was working there was soooo rude, I have never encountered customer service employee as rude as him, maybe he woke up on the wrong side of the bed, never know I would say about someone like this as I also work in a restaurant customer service field , but this guy need to get fired !!

The employee was more interested in the man walking into the dining area than the customer waiting to be served. When she completed her conversation she started my order. Lastly I made the mistake of ordering my $3 roll-up after my sandwich. She was more than disgusted to have to make it. I told her to not worry about it she made it anyway...not good customer service. The cashier was kind and made the whole experience a little better.

Not the best look when a girl in line says we can go ahead of her because she's just there to visit the worker, then tells us the worker is the owner, and then the sandwich I received was very sloppy. I ordered online at 12:31, it said it would be ready at 12:50 and I finally received the sandwich at 12:55. Not a big deal unless you're on your timed lunch break.

Heavy set African American liberal looking woman around mid 30’s gave me an Italian bread was super hard like it has been sitting for days. I told her I wanted a water bottle and she gave me a small cup with with water from the machine. She also stated they are not taking coupons because they are not making money off of the coupons … so why is subway mailing coupons?

Did a mobile order was completely wrong? They did not even look at the edits on the order. Called back to let them know. Lady said they were busy and just assumed it was a regular number two acted like that is normal procedure when they are busy. They didn't really care, will not be returning to this location.

Why does this subway never have soup?? It's below freezing out. I was told they only had soup when it's cold. How cold does it need to get??

Never, ever order online for this location. Every time I have, something's ALWAYS been done wrong - and not as part of a big order, either, always a single sandwich. Order it for any time other than immediately and they will make it the first chance they get and leave it to sit. They won't update the tracker, so if you're picking up and get there early, you have to check in with them in case they made it immediately and waiting until the estimated time will mean leaving it to sit. They've also gotten a simple sandwich with four total ingredients wrong every time. They'll use the wrong cheese, or leave off a sauce, or toast a sandwich that wasn't supposed to be (or vice versa). If you're in front of them, watching them make the sandwhich, they'll do it right, so I can only assume they just don't care if the customer isn't there to see them making it wrong. If you do choose to order online anyway, open it right there and compare it to your receipt.

My sandwich tastes like a subway sandwich always tastes. The guy who made my sandwich couldn't answer when I asked how he was doing so I asked him again. He shrugged his shoulders. Please don't be mad at a customer for bringing you business. He had not one ounce of enthusiasm and seemed angry. I chose to eat inside and was surrounded by flies. What a bad atmosphere to eat lunch in. I had to leave. Horrible experience.?????08/23/23 1:40pm
The guys working there ARE TERRIBLE. And mean, I went and said I have a Promotion for free cookie for my birthday, he totally ignored me, and he just skip to the others customers waiting at the line…. ????
