I went to this subway 3 times and my order was not made correctly each time and I like to know who is manager of this subway? Cause seems like none of the employees know how to get a order right and have to get my sandwich redone each time

If I could six stars i would bro. I walked in to get my foot long, a man with no hair served me the most exquisite spectacular fanatic modest humble I've ever sank my teeth into. The bathroom of dirty lettuce and cherry blossom. I will definitely be coming back for more thank you subway!

I have been to this Subway many, many times. I occasionally try to avoid it if I have children with me because of unfavorable experiences in the past. I have previously heard employees openly cursing and talking and gossiping about their personal lives in front of the customers. But today, I was delighted with my experience! There were two young men working the counter, both with longer braids. They were prompt, professional, courteous and polite. They engaged customers in friendly chit chat, smiling and working quickly. The store was clean, their service was quick and friendly, and the sandwich was great! I didn't catch their names but they deserve 5 stars!

If I could give negative stars I would happily give a negative 5. First, the Google information says store is open until 11 PM. This is a blatant falsehood. I attempted to use the app to take advantage of a specific promo at around 10:10 PM Saturday night (today). After about 10 minutes of error message on a non responsive app/website, I went into the store at 10:25 PM. I was told rudely by the worker that the promotion could only be made through the app and that if I was still going to order I needed to so it fast, as she was going to lock the door. I ordered. My sandwich was poorly made, with only a fraction of what it should have had. It was basically flung at me and at 10:30, I was out the door and the lights were off. Your store is not open until 11:00 PM. This sandwich was not worth $15.00 for the 2 oz. of meat and smattering of vegetables placed on dry bread that was barely heated; this is a toasted sandwich. If your employee is that miserable in that shift, then why chose it? I had asked for my second sub to be a meatball sub but she said she didn't have any meatballs, that tone in her voice said it was just going to be nothing but problems. I am very seriously considering filing a complaint with the state attorney general for the general poor quality of the sandwich.

After ordering and paying for food the employee told me I have to hurry up and eat then leave accused me of stinking the place up not even sure what that means ! Also asked for Italian herbs and cheese bread and he gave me white and I didn’t realize this until after the sandwich was made and he was already giving me a hard time so I just felt with his mistake!

My dad and I love this location! Veggies always look fresh and stocked, the employees are always so kind to us. We’ve been to some awful locations and we return to this one every week because my dad loves this subway!

Did pick up order, one of the items was a BMT i specifically asked for no onions and i go pick up the order and my bf checks the bag to make sure everything was in there and they forgot the chips and they say to him “everything should be in there” well no everything was not in there so he grabbed a bag of chips then left. We get home and open our meals and my sandwich has onions on it. Learn how to read or just be respectful and do your simple job of making the orders correctly. They could’ve done that to anyone else and they could’ve been allergic. Respectfully, do better! thank you

LOOK AT THAT WRAP!!! Does it get any better? I think not! We always get amazing service and the food is always top notch! The young lady and gentleman that helped were having fun with each and us too. This is by far our favorite go to sandwich spot.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Place an order as for lemonade I got orange juice I'm allergic to orange juice and I am in a wheelchair cannot drive and the gentleman pretty much said well that's what came across you can find a ride up here and we'll replace it otherwise nothing I can do I would not have picked orange juice I'm allergic to it

Had to come here because second time in a row 156th and maple Subway/Goodrich couldn't or wouldn't make me a malt. Guys here a to 108th were very lively and friendly. Asked for extra malt in my malt , no questions asked gave me an extra scoop. Great job to the young man who helped me
