I ordered ordered a 6" sub which was all good. My friend ordered a shake. When it was served to him it was about 3/4 full. He asked if she was going to finish it & the employee asked "what?". My friend said maybe fill it up the rest of the way. She mumbled as she started to scoop more ice cream. That would have been good, except she didn't use a glove & her thimb was touching the ice cream. We left without the shake.

I used to work at this subway and I almost feel bad even leaving a review like this because the 3 on shift were so sweet to us. Half of the meatballs on my sub were so burnt they were literally crunchy. It was horrible. The store was out of the bread that I originally wanted. I picked another one and they were out of the cheese that I wanted. You can really tell that the employees working tonight although very sweet do not get the training that they are needing. With all of that being said, Nate was great, as were the 2 ladies that were working along side him (I'm not sure what their names were but one of them were new). It really sucks to spend that much money on food and not have something decent to eat at the end of it.

11/12:2023. I ordered a Philly, 6 inch on Italian bread. A simple and straightforward order! No extra instructions. I was asked if I wanted green pepper? I answered of course. I was asked if I wanted mayo. I answered if that is something which is usual for this sandwich then yes, make it the Subway way. She asked me again about the mayo and I again gave her the same answer. When at home I took the sandwich out of the bag and I noticed it weighed almost nothing. The onion and green pepper was not chopped and was a very small amount and the usual small amount of meet with ALOT of mayo. The sandwich was the worst sandwich I have ever bought from anywhere. Went back the next day without the sandwich (which I threw in the trash) and it was explained to me she/they could not make it right if i don’t return the sandwich. I expressed I don’t believe that is true and it is. It posted and insisted they make it right on the sandwich or the money and was refused. This got so bad a customer offered to pay for another sandwich which I turned down because that wasn’t the point and didn’t fix the problem of the horrible sandwich I paid for. The joke was he and the employees said they were REMAKING a sandwich for him. I asked if he brought in his sandwich and I got both yes and no answers from 2 people who work there and the customer. This was an obvious lie, no truth to it. But, if there was any truth to the other customer’s story…then that means 2 sandwiches from yesterday were made and not good enough to eat. I used to work fast food when in high school and made a lot less money (in comparison) than this job pays for today. I could tell she didn’t want to make the sandwich and didn’t want to be there making sandwiches. I will NEVER again go this Subway. Talking to friends and family about this learned they have had issues with Subway too. My advice step it up or close your doors and for the people working there…earn your paycheck! Good thing is this didn’t ruin my day or evening!?

I went to the subway today just before lunch, and was told that I could not have any extra vegetables of any kind other than what was on the menu board on the American club sandwich. They told me any vegetables, extra would be extra cost for any other vegetable, other than on the sandwich, you are not allowed to deviate on the sandwich or vegetables or you will be Charged one dollar per item extra. I have never been charged like this at any other subway. Other than this one will never go there again. I will return to the subways that I normally go to that have very good service.The other subways I go to are by Office Depot on Maple Street. That has very very good service and the other one in front of Hy-Vee on Maple Street. They have very good service also.I just can’t believe that they’re going to charge for extra vegetables now you can’t even get extra olives, pickles onions nothing that is there that we normally like to get on our sandwiches without being charged for extra.Hope this helps someone else I’m having a bad day at lunch at Subway on 108th and maple.

The subways at 90th & maple, 108th & Emmitt and 107th & pacific are the ones I frequent. They are great. Staff is friendly and fast.
