Food was decent, my delivery was missing the Gatorade that I paid for and no one answers the phone to resolve the issue. I will stop in so they cannot avoid it.

We got 4 orders of cookies to celebrate a coworkers birthday (they're her favorite type of cookies). We tried the oatmeal raisin, chocolate chip, raspberry cheesecake and white chocolate macadamia nut.All the cookies were soft and delicious ?

Very good good service and very fast
Ordered & pre-paid a catering order to be picked up at 12pm.. not a single customer in the store.. & yet here it is 11:55 & they just started making it, & were rude enough to Tell me I was early... haha 5 minutes early is ontime.. 2 slackers with attitudes delaying 20 people lunch.. no tip for poor work... and I had $40 cash to spare.. next time going to anywhere else
Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service and not just tonight but seems to be a bad experience more often times than not. I've started going to other locations despite this being so close.The gal made my son's sandwich incorrectly and when asked to redo it, it's a ham and cheese that's toasted with mustard, literally that's it. She harshly threw the sandwich to the trash and started huffing and puffing in Spanish. When I asked what the issue was I received broken English and darting eyes. I simply left and won't be returning.

Terrible place to order doordash the doordash service is great but everytime I order from this location they mess up the order and I called for a refund last time and this time the person who answered the phone didn't speak English and there wasn't anybody else to help I tried to get her to send me a new sandwich through doordash because I dont have a vehicle and she kept telling me its fine bring in I give you new one and I told her my oder name and she didn't understand what I was saying and kept repeating to me the wrong name and I kept te)ing her the name and she kept getting it wrong so k called a different location and they were nice but couldn't help since it wasn't at that location so I called this location ix and not once did they answer I am now very upset and hungry and crying because I'm pregnant and emotional and just want food

The last two times ive ordered through doordash with you guys you’ve forgotten multiple items on my sandwich. Im not sure if its hard to read or of all the ingredients arent going through, but its a little frustrating. Also, whyd you get rid of oregano.
