I placed order 5F30FA3F-CC on the mobile app. The app stated the order was ready so my husband went to pick it up. When he got there, they said they were unable to make the order because they were out of meat. The told my husband they were not able to refund the money or cancel the order. They stated I needed to cancel the order in the app. I told my husband I was not able to cancel the order because it said it was ready. The store told him they would have to have a manager fix it but did not offer to call the manager. When my husband left, I called the store. They told me they would not contact the manager and I would need to call today and ask for Fawn or George. When I spoke to George, he laughed at me and told me he didnt know why they told me to ask for him and said that I needed to call TOMORROW between 2-4. I just want my money back, why is it so hard to reach out to your manager to fix an error? Why did they not call me when they saw the order come through to let me know they couldnt make it? Why did my husband have to drive there to be told? And what manager is so uninvolved that it takes three days for them to be back in the store to correct this? It shouldnt be this big of a hassle. My husband should have been given a cash refund, and then you could have worked out the order on your end when the manager is back. Infuriating. Will not be back, except to get my money.

I go in for a sandwich at the sandwich shop and I can't get a sandwich because they're out of bread. So I opted to buy a pretzel stick add a couple of cookies. But wait I can't do that either because the credit card machine is down! I go in to talk to the manager the next morning and I don't even get a chance to because she's too busy, apparently cussing out an employee that she has fired. I will never step foot back in this Subway especially when there's one right down the street that has excellent food excellent customer service and a friendly atmosphere. Which is kind of sad because the young ladies who work at nights are very friendly, and they were very apologetic. Those girls need to run from that store as fast as they can and never go back they are way too good for that store.

Workers are very incompetent. Had the sandwich made and was told card reader is not working. Should have mentioned that prior to ordering so ran to the atm to pull cash and returned to pay, ended up just leaving without the sandwich cause they couldn’t count the register which is sad

The staff was very polite and helpful, unfortunately they were missing many item ie. chips and chipotle sauce. They systems were also down and had a line of customers wait 10 plus minutes before they determine they would only take cash.

The nicest people work here. It was a very pleasant experiences and the food was good. I didn’t catch the kind woman’s name but her and Mr. George were hilarious and incredibly kind.

They refuse to cancel your order when they don't have your product. They make you come back in when there's a manager around.
When they have made a mistake on their end.
By not having a cancel order button on the app and then have the audacity to blame the customer for ordering sandwiches They're supposed to have, but don't have the ingredients to make. Which they rarely have Full stock for all sandwiches getting a refund should not be a multi-day process.

Hello this was my first impression and visit to this location. I had came to this location and ordered two sandwiches. On one sandwich that I ordered which was 6" #23 Hotshot Italiano Sub, the bread was hard, and the other the bread was kind of hard too. Normally I would go back in and ask for them to remake this if needed which it definitely was needed. However it was cutting it close to closing time and I myself was on a time crunch as well. Unfortunately I'm not sure if I'd go to this location again unless the bread is fresh and not so stale and hard.

I ordered a 6 inch meatball sub and when it was delivered, there was only one full meatball, and 1/2 a meatball. I tried calling for four hours and no one answered. I reached out to door dash and received $2.57 refund on a $7.00 sandwich. Not sure that I’ll return to that location or restaurant.

We an online order 6 sandwiches for pick up i was told they weren't not making that order because it was a catering order which ot wasn't it was 6 foot long individual sandwiches on where online says that there is a limit of sandwiches for them to call this a catering order the person on counter completely ignored me while I was there and continued helping other customers the kept coming in rude and horrible place no customer service skills what so ever would not recommend this place to my worst enemy bad service and no people or customer skills from the guy at the counter

The last time I went to subway it was swamped. I have to give it to the sandwich artist behind the counter. There was a panicked bone in their body. No they simply simply assured us our wait would not be long . Then went about whipping our orders together lightning fast. I like a person who stays positive even when it looks like they are faced with the impossible task. This guy deserved a raise!

Horrible!! The guy told my family of 5 to go to another subway because he had too many online orders. WHAT!? Also he moved slower than molasses. Seriously pick up the page fella. He was more worried about chatting with the people his age. He wasn’t wearing a name tag either. The restaurant was filthy, no drinks stocked & wrappers and food on nearly every table. Yikes.
