Came in and the gal working was on the phone. She finally came over and asked me what I wanted to order. I told her and before she could even pull anything out the phone rings again. She then proceeds to stay on the phone for over 10 minutes and a line of people started behind me. Only then does she proceed to tell us the system was down.
I got a sandwich for lunch here today and the experience was great. I came there hungry and frustrated but I left in a very good mood. The guy that served me Anthony was great. Eventhough he delt with a difficult customer before me he never showed any negitive vibe. He was patient attentive and accurate with the whole process of my order. I appreciate the great customer service. Anthony deserves a raise in my opinion.

I went to buy a sandwich around dinnertime. The person making the bread was a blond guy, about 27 years old. When he heated the ham, he went to the containers to add the other ingredients. There were two big flies on the bread with the ham. He removed them and continued with the bread as if it were meat. The flies were disgusting! Unprofessional and disgusting. I don't recommend buying here.

14th location still no Happy Gilmore cups
The workers were kinda slow. It was also very hot in there
Small but clean
Omg!!! We came at 8 o’clock and everything was shut down. The two gentlemen working were so annoyed we were there we asked what time do they close? They said nine my husband ordered a sandwich they made it and then said I need another one and went and paid he ordered what he wanted And without telling him they were out of Bacon made something different then told them they were out of pickles too, then tried to charge him again after he said I already paid he goes. Oh yeah, no tip right the worst customer service I have ever witnessed in my entire life. I was embarrassed for them. I tried calling. Oh the phone is disconnected. I promise I will go up tomorrow and those boys will no longer have a job because That is absurd. I have been in customer service for over 30 years. They kept talking in a different language, I’m fuming zero stars. Find a new job.
Very friendly staff good place over all .
Staff is always so pleasant to work with. The location can be a bit hard to get to with the new construction on the roads but they are well worth it. This is the only Subway I visit anymore and will always go out of my way to go here.
This place opens at 8 i go to check if door is opened its still closed i wait outside for another 20 minutes to see if the guy inside will unlock the door but its still locked and tried calling the store 3x but went straight to voicemail each time very disappointed i come here all the time. If your open at 8 then thats when you should be open and the sign that says its open isn’t on either.

Worst sandwich I've ever had. The guy behind the counter was uninterested in making a nice clean sandwich. He just slapped everything on there l. He also had zero customer service or care about who was standing there. I had him toast the sandwich, The eggs and the chicken were completely ice cold. The sandwich fell apart while I tried to pick it up because he barely put any effort into making the sandwich. I sat there at the table and tried to get his attention while there were other customers there,
Finally, I just left my food there at the table and Left.

I usually only go to this subway because the service is 10/10 and there’s no hood covering the work station so I can actually SEE my sandwich being made. (Other locations with hoods regularly mess up my order and I can’t fix it until it’s too late.)
But they list their hours as 8-9, 7 days a week. TWICE now, I have tried to stop in at about 8:20-8:30 to pick a sandwich for lunch on my way into work and they have still had the door locked.
The first time was the day after a storm, so, no biggie. I get it. I understand having a late start because of weather. I just opted to DoorDash stuff to work later.
But today, following a lite misting of rain, they were once again, not open at the listed hours. A car was parked next to the building and the green security door was open (that covers the glass front door when the place isn’t open). So someone was there but not working.
As someone who was raised with impossible to match punctuality, it’s hard for me to understand how you’re regularly late to open a SANDWICH shop… especially when I guarantee all the hard work and prep was done by the previous days’ closers. Set your alarm half an hour earlier if you’re half an hour late everyday. It’s so simple.
Sizes are getting smaller and prices are going threw the roof over 30 bucks for just two sandwiches

This place could seriously improve. It's easier to just stay vague than to nitpick.
