I didn’t get what I paid for I asked for a protein bowl with extra protein. Barely got my extra protein and I asked for ranch. I didn’t even get ranch.. Did he get salt and pepper?. Absolutely ridiculous I would like a refund, but I know that you’re not going to value a customer

Horrible store! Very busy when I walked in, and no one said anything to me, I waited 3 min to give them grace before I finally said hello they looked at me and spoke no words... finally a man came over and saying no words just stood there looking at me. After I ordered my sandwich I realized I did'nt have my wallet on me just emergency cash so I apologized multiple times and asked if they could cut that in half, then the possible manager came over making a loud scene 😅 I again apologized and explained I forgot my wallet and only had enough for 6 inch but she rolled her eyes and acted as if I had just ruined her whole day! Ill never go back!

There are great deals available. Main problem is ordering online and sandwich is often missing extra cheese and/or they're slammed so it also isn't ready (normally around lunchtime) otherwise love subway and their sandwiches and have been much happier with subway since Steve left. Changed to a 3 from a 1 star previously.
Changing back to a one. It never fails that I have a problem when I order from this Subway. Been waiting for additional 25 min for my order that was placed online that said it would take 20 min to be ready. Ordered for my birthday. Got there and they asked if I had an express order said yes then said it isn't ready yet then contributed helping the next 4 people in line instead of making the order that was received 35 min previously. Super disappointing doesn't matter if I order during the day or at night or a weekend or a weekday. It never fails that I run into a problem

The person making my sandwich put on mitts to get bread out of the oven and proceeded to make my sandwich without putting on new food gloves. Maybe they could use more training. My order was also 20 minutes late being an online order for pickup

The lady was mean she took forever to give us our food and when we got our food, there was hardly any meat or toppings on the sandwich. I might as well just ordered a piece of bread. The sandwhich didn’t even have what i asked for and you guys suck so bad i hate you guys i’m never going to subway again!

I went there with a employee on a Saturday afternoon. My coworker has allergies with vinegar. She told them if they could wipe off the area and change their gloves to make her sandwich the lady told her she could not guarantee it. I have worked in fast food for half of my life and never had an experience like that. I went there today and I waited over 5 minutes for somebody to come to take my order. I just left after 5 minutes. Those employees need to get it together and make that Subway good

Place has gone downhill drastically ordered my favorite sandwich and was not told that all meat now looks the same but supposedly is different, the meat has no flavor and is wet and slimy very disappointed.
