I just ordered through the Subway app for delivery. When my delivery got here, I didn’t receive any chips or any drinks which were on my order that I paid for. I called the store and explained the situation and they told me it wasn’t their problem. I said that was not a good enough answer and they needed to make it right. They proceeded to just hang up on me. This is ridiculous. If you’re going to sub out your delivery work - you need to take ownership of mistakes that are made. 2 drinks and 2 bags of chips I’m now out. This all just happened tonight, so I really hope the owner makes it right. For an employee to hang up on a consumer is unacceptable. Mistakes happen and I get that, but to be hung up on is inexcusable. Think twice before going to this Subway.

No bread at noon on a Sunday what a joke lol and to make things worse I ordered on door dash so getting my money back was a struggle smh. If yall don't have bread turn off your orders for door dash so people like me aren't wasting our damn time trying to get a refund!!! Especially when we are at work!

I hate seeing when management stands around and doesn't help their staff during the busy lunch rush. While I can acknowledge that the worker could have handled his emotions better, the woman working at 1:00pm on Aug 30th didn't help her staff at all. She hid in the back and let her workers struggle to keep up with the very busy line. I'm not concerned with waiting but I felt like I needed to say something here...so that there is proof that the woman was the problem not the stressed out worker.

She should have helped her team instead of hiding in the back as soon as people walked into the shop.

Food was good like always but everyone in the restaurant was clearly uncomfortable and nobody was upset with the gentleman as he was always respectful when speaking to a customer.

This location has improved tremendously since it has been under new management! Pleasant employees, fresh bread and cookies, and pretty quick service!! I would definitely give this location. A second chance! Major improvements!!!?

The staff at this location hate their job and is ABSOLUTELY rude to the customers. The girl who helped us was slamming the doors and talking under her breath all because WE ORDERED SANDWICHES. Another employee had her child at a table unattended while she was working. I will NEVER be back to this location. Note to the staff: IF YOU DON'T LIKE YOUR JOB, QUIT

I’m very disappointed every time I go in there the lady I assume is the manager walks around in sandals and baggy pants and the other worker doesnt listen the bread was rock hard I’m giving a one star because a restaurant shouldn’t be ran like that I’m never going to that location ever again

Sandwich was completely dry. Had asked for oil and vinegar when ordering. Also, lettuce pieces were orange in color. Not good.

I very rarely leave reviews, but honestly this customer service was horrendous. The lady behind the counter was completely rude to my husband for absolutely no reason. He asked for a chicken bacon ranch with no cheese, lettuce and ranch, which I have had ZERO ISSUE ordering ever. The lady told him it not only had to have cheese, which I did not want, but also that it had to have the rotisserie style chicken. I have been to many other Subways where that is not the case and they put the other chicken on it, no problem. She was bluntly disrespectful saying things like “look at the sign, it’s right there.” She also started putting other things into the sandwiches without even asking if it’s what we wanted. We will NEVER go back to this location ever again, lesson learned, and I will absolutely let people know about this experience. We went on 5/4 around 1:00PM.
Horrible experience. Do better.

The staff was friendly and helpful.The place was clean.They had all types of bread the toppings all looked fresh.An me an my son really enjoyed the subs.Thanks to all the employees the service and food was great.I think all the bad reviews are from ppl you couldn't make happy if you tried just my opinion.I will be returning there.

I oredered curbside at 1:25pm. Order to be ready at 1:45. Guy came out to say the line was to the door, so it may be a little longer. I could see the line and said no problem. The line cleared out. No one in line. Waited 5 minutes more. Still nothing. Called to check status, the gal (Jessica?) said they had a long line. I said I know, but there hasn't been a line in quite a while. She hung up on me!! 5 minutes later, my order came out and I asked the guy who the manager was. He asked why I wanted to know. I said his co-worker hung up on me and I would like his manager's name. He asked why again, I informed him I just answered that question and would like his manager's name. He said Crystal and asked why again. I told him this wasn't acceptable and I was going to call about it. He laughed and walked off. He laughed again when I said I'd just contact corporate.

Worst subway experience I've had. The two woman there were rude as hell with customers and a seemingly new guy was understandably slow but every time he'd ask a question he'd get his head bitten off. Sandwich was toasted yet cold and the bread wasn't cooked all the way.. if you want subway don't come here. Go somewhere else in omaha
