Ordered 2 sandwiches and honestly idk how u can mess it up this bad, the ingredients were wrong on top of that it was like they added a hole bucket of red vin to it so much my partner i ordered with got sick like really sick then I call them back to be like the the heck dude what did you guys do like come on, they said they looked at the schedule there manager would be in tomorrow and guess what called 3 days apparently tell there there
It was ok. The staff seemed so unhappy.
Piss poor customer service.
My fiancé and I came in around 8:15 pm to eat and ordered just fine inside. The two people there were friendly and fast so no problem there. I proceeded to sit down at about 8:33 pm and was told very politely the lobby was closed. I thought this location was open until 10 pm as that is what the door says. If the lobby closes early please put signs that say what time the lobby closes. I was going to eat inside and then choose if I wanted to purchase cookies but because I couldn’t I ended up leaving to eat at home.
Great spot. Smelled great inside and the restroom was clean. Parking lot was clean as well. Had diabled parking as well. Marked clearly.
I work very close to this location and visit often for my lunch breaks. The manager Angie is not very kind. She has so much attitude towards her employees and stands around during a rush.
As a manager myself, when a rush happens I jump in and help, not stand around and watch my team struggle through it.
Also discovered her sister is the franchise owner through small talk with some of the workers so I’m sure nothing will happen but wanted to warn others to stay away from this location where the management treats their team that looks like primarily 16-18 year olds poorly.
I just ordered through the Subway app for delivery. When my delivery got here, I didn’t receive any chips or any drinks which were on my order that I paid for. I called the store and explained the situation and they told me it wasn’t their problem. I said that was not a good enough answer and they needed to make it right. They proceeded to just hang up on me. This is ridiculous. If you’re going to sub out your delivery work - you need to take ownership of mistakes that are made. 2 drinks and 2 bags of chips I’m now out. This all just happened tonight, so I really hope the owner makes it right. For an employee to hang up on a consumer is unacceptable. Mistakes happen and I get that, but to be hung up on is inexcusable. Think twice before going to this Subway.

No bread at noon on a Sunday what a joke lol and to make things worse I ordered on door dash so getting my money back was a struggle smh. If yall don't have bread turn off your orders for door dash so people like me aren't wasting our damn time trying to get a refund!!! Especially when we are at work!
I hate seeing when management stands around and doesn't help their staff during the busy lunch rush. While I can acknowledge that the worker could have handled his emotions better, the woman working at 1:00pm on Aug 30th didn't help her staff at all. She hid in the back and let her workers struggle to keep up with the very busy line. I'm not concerned with waiting but I felt like I needed to say something here...so that there is proof that the woman was the problem not the stressed out worker.
She should have helped her team instead of hiding in the back as soon as people walked into the shop.
Food was good like always but everyone in the restaurant was clearly uncomfortable and nobody was upset with the gentleman as he was always respectful when speaking to a customer.

This location has improved tremendously since it has been under new management! Pleasant employees, fresh bread and cookies, and pretty quick service!! I would definitely give this location. A second chance! Major improvements!!!?

The staff at this location hate their job and is ABSOLUTELY rude to the customers. The girl who helped us was slamming the doors and talking under her breath all because WE ORDERED SANDWICHES. Another employee had her child at a table unattended while she was working. I will NEVER be back to this location. Note to the staff: IF YOU DON'T LIKE YOUR JOB, QUIT
