Ordered tuna on wheat. Really skimpy on the filling. Thin layer of tuna and hardly any black olive but lots of lettuce. And the bread wasn't fresh. A little dry. Other subways make a much better sandwich. This one needs help.

Frequent customer here always ordering dinner online at this location. The food here is much better than other Subway locations in the general area and the employees are always a joy to talk to, even if this location is understaffed at times. They always pay attention to the specifications of online orders and will make them as soon as they have time to. I like to buy fountain drinks at the nearby gas station and if I place my order there it’s usually ready by the time I finish my business at the gas station and drive across the parking lot to here. Highly recommend this location.

Had a hair in my sandwhich, it happens. When I inquired about possibly having another delivered since I have limited time on my lunch break, their answer was we cannot force DoorDash to deliver. Totally understandable, not trying to force that. Customer service can definitely improve.

Don't even bother going to this location using their online ordering, which I thought was supposed to be more convenient. They just make your sandwiches if they happen to have time. Despite placing your order before every single person who is their in line, they will take and make all of their orders first. In fact, if someone comes in after you arrive to pick up you order you placed 20, 30 or 40 minutes earlier, they will take and make their order as well before even addressing your order. I guess with online, they already have your money, so they don't really care.

These guys don’t know how to make subs. As I have to wait there and teach him how to do and how to roll. Please avoid this store if you ever want to eat a sub. Lol!!!

I typically don’t like subway. My girlfriend loves it though so we grabbed a quick bite here today and man Jaime Is by far the best employee you have. She was honest when I asked her opinion on a specialty sandwich so I ordered what she recommended. It was great you need more people like Jaime she was polite and helpful as well as informative on options. She is the reason I will be coming back.

I would give this place negative stars if I could. Ordered online and every single item was wrong; not just wrong, but missing the modifications I paid for. This is the second time in a row I’ve ordered from this location and nothing ordered was correct. Took the order back and the guy working refused to help me. It’s Subway; I don’t expect fine dining but the staff should at least know how to make the things on the menu and have enough common sense to add avocado if the ticket says add avocado. This isn’t brain surgery here.Drive down to Penn Station on 168th and Center or go to one of the many other Subway locations in the area.

Even 1 Star is too generous for this visit. AWFUL service. I came in on the evening of 5/10 at about 7:15 pm and the dude that was making our sandwiches was very sloppy and just throwing stuff together. No care at all in how he was making the sandwiches. I do not care to return.

Asked for a veggie sandwich.Manager Vinnie didn’t change his club poured of sweat. He didn’t ask me if I wanted my sandwich toasted and he said you have to ask we don’t force things on anyone then he said with veggies it would be mushy and I asked him to make another sandwich he started cussing so I left. Another customer left angry before this. Very rude and unprofessional and was mumbling throughout won’t give his supervisors phone number . Complained to headquarters!
