I ordered my food online and asked for both sandwiches to be toasted. Got there and they were cold(within 15 minutes of ordering) asked if they were toasted and was told yes. The cheese isn't even melted. I don't appreciate being lied to. I will not be ordering from here again. Then I called and asked about it and the only option was "come back and get it fixed". Very unprofessional and not okay. I paid for this food and I have a 3 week old baby. I can't just go back. I barely had time to run and get this food to begin with. Very strongly hope a manager contacts me tomorrow.

The amount of meat they put on the chicken teriyaki our the steak sandwich is never measured out it ridiculous you get crumbles I feel like. The cooler that cools the veggies is always frozen.

My gift card didn't work because of an error with their machine. She made the sandwich but instead if just giving it to me they decided to throw it in the trash or eat it themselves. These folks act like it's going to kill them to be generous.

Just find another location. This one skims your sandwich. A 12 inch sub gets 3 tomatoes, maybe 4.5 jalapenos, & 6 onions not the employees fault either, it's above their heads.

Pickup said it would be ready by 6:25. I walk in at 6:26, my order is not on the pickup shelf. The woman working is assisting two people ahead of me, at least 5 minutes later, she finishes with them and asks me if I have a pickup. I confirm and she starts making it. Literally 12 minutes later she finishes my 2 sandwich order. I get back to the car and my friend checks his sandwich and it’s wrong. He only wanted 3 ingredients on it and she got it wrong. I understand being short staffed, I live that nightmare every day. But if I was the only person there I’d be busting my butt and working as fast as I can. My 90 year old grandma could’ve made it faster. Don’t bother with this location. Also it was like a sauna in there. $5 tip just for me to wait almost 20 minutes past the estimated time for two sandwiches and to sweat my butt off. I pity the people waiting behind me. Update: it is now 7 pm and I’m still in the car waiting for my friend to get his correct sandwich.

Kid-friendliness: Bunch of lazy employees. I made an online order 4 sandwiches, a total of almost $40. I placed my order 30 min before arriving to the location and not even one sandwich was ready. That being said, when i got home i realized all 4 sandwiches were poorly made-hardly any meat and veggies. (poorly made is an understatement) if i could reach out to management i would ask for a refund.

So when getting there the employee was out front smoking a cigarette which looks bad.. But when she came in she went right to putting gloves on and did not wash her hands. That is a necessity before handling food.
