Opened my sandwich and that was all the meat in it. Same with my girlfriends. Horrible experiences at subway lately. Quality has gone downhill like crazy. The kid behind the counter was nice but seemed extremely nervous like it was his first day.

Update: I received an email from the district manager within hours. She was kind and apologetic and offered to refund me for the sandwich that I had issues with. I replied to her email (which appears to be the same email address that my ISP rejected) with the requested information, so we'll see what happens. I haven't received a send rejection yet, so that's a good sign. I will continue to update this review, but keeping it at 1 start for now until something actually happens.Original review:Placed an order online for pickup and was told that it would be ready at a certain time. Once the app told me my sandwiches were all ready, I went into the store only to find that my order hadn't even been started yet. With one teenage kid working, I waited for him to make sandwiches for the large family at the counter before I could even speak to him, at which point he said he hadn't been able to get to my order yet. Not his fault, btw...there should have been a second worker.I waited for a total of 30 minutes to get my order. One of the four sandwiches we ordered, which just happened to be mine, was a complete disaster. First of all, it wasn't wrapped properly and it was spilling out into my truck as I drove home. Secondly, when I unwrapped it, there was hardly any lettuce or tomatoes, both of which I asked for extra of. Thirdly, I was very sweet and I did not ask for anything sweet, quite the opposite actually.I ended up filing a complaint for the one sandwich (the others were fine) only because it was sweet. I could live with the lack of lettuce and tomatoes, no big deal, but a sweet sandwich is just gross. I provided every bit of information they asked for and promptly received an automated email stating that someone would follow up. The next day I received an email from the district manager, who then asked for my address and a physical copy of the receipt. Of course, I didn't have the receipt, but since it was an online order, I included a screenshot of the order in my response. Not surprisingly, I received a send rejection from my ISP stating that the email was invalid. Not one to give up, I tried again, but again received the send rejection notification. So basically subway is acting like they are going to "make it right", but then give you a no-reply email address so that you can't actually reach anyone. Great job, subway! Screwing me over on an $8 sandwich will cost you many times that in lost business, I promise.If the district manager for this location wants to try again, please contact me and perhaps I'll update this review with the results of our conversation.

I am a regular costumer at Subway I tried to order a sandwich this morning from that location and The customer service was terrible the lady was texting while I was waiting without saying anything to me and her way of taking the order just made me leave the store without my order she need to know that people are coming to buy food not begging for food

Had to ask for a table to be cleaned even though the store was dead at 130pm on a Friday afternoon. He cleaned 1 table and went back behind the counter, even though every single table needed to be cleaned. I got my sandwich with only meat and cheese because all of the lettuce was brown. If I can't don't trust the lettuce I won't trust the rest of it. Watched as they made sandwiches for a pick up order....with the brown lettuce. Oh and he started making my sandwich, paused, walked to the register, touca receipt that he then handed to the other person that just walked in to work, and then proceeded to make my sandwich with the same gloves on after her had handled something other than my food. Extremely poor serviced. I normally wouldn't visit any subway inside of a Walmart, but my car was being serviced and my options were limited.

I love subway which is why I gave it three stars. The young lady who works there on this particular day is the reason for the other two stars being taken away. I got here at 9:30. The store opened at 9. There was no one there at all. I waited for 15 minutes and finally the young lady walks in with a shopping bag. (This subway is inside a Walmart) she finally notices me and goes to start making my order and my kids orders. Nothing is stocked. She kept having to go back and restock while she was making the sandwiches. There was people waiting behind me at this point. So I don’t know why she felt the need to go shopping this morning after opening up without restocking anything?? There was literally no one in here when I got here which leads me to believe that she probably opened at 9 and then left. This is very poor business management on her part. I would look into this.

The guy had a terrible attitude. And he was taking it out on us. He toss in things messily on the sub. He ask us if we wanted a combo and we said no. He look even angrier. Then we asked for extra napkins and he didn’t bother putting any. Then he said there is napkins in your bag already.
