Lori incorporated my friend’s picture, a personalized lab coat with her name on it, a stethoscope, some scans, a syringe, pills, and many other beautiful details. She made the cake strawberry flavored, and it was delicious! The cake had pink white frosting with a prominent “50” on it. My friend said it was the most beautiful cake she had ever seen! (I agree! ?) Lori is easy to work with, customer-focused, and detail-oriented. Lori helped me package the cake and gave me preparation instructions for the 3+ hour drive to ensure the cake arrived safely. Her creations are truly beautiful. Lori and her team nailed it! I had a very random request, I wanted cookies with my logo boxed individually to hand out to other businesses for the holidays. My logo has a kangaroo in it and I wanted a Santa hat on the kangaroo. She did it and created perfection and they tasted amazing!!! This is not the first time using Sugar Coma, they are always creative, attention to detail and always quick to reply to me. She’s got the cutest shop and lots of yummy items to purchase on site!

I spoke with Nicole 3 weeks ago and made an order for a custom made birthday cake. She explained the process and time frame and I was supposed to pick it up the afternoon of Dec. 12th. I arrived at 3:00 PM only to find out she forgot to bake the cake! She was on the phone with the baker asking if I could pick it up at 7 pm. That is unacceptable! This was for a party and due to your negligence, you ruined the party! You left me without any viable options. I don't know how you run a business when you can't even provide the basic service you charge for! What I thought was going to be a happy occasion, you Nicole, turned it into a disaster. Never will I step foot in your establishment, I will make sure everyone I know and talk to will know how negligent and utterly unprofessional you and your business is!You didn't have a computer glitch. I googled custom cakes near me and found this lovely place. The ordering process was super easy as I called and got their recording I could text their number and they just emailed me an invoice. I sent a description of the cake and then on the day I went to pick it up I had no idea what it was going to look like based off my description but was hopeful! WOW did they nail!!! I wanted to surprise a couple friends with a cool birthday cake and wanted it to say Scorpio Szn with a Scorpion on it. The cake was incredible and tasted amazing. Everyone loved it. And the pricing was very fair!! Def coming back here!!

Employees are completely ignorant & unaware of the ingredients in the items they're selling. Earlier this week I stopped into this establishment on a whim and will never return. The store was empty and there was hardly anything to choose from. When I specifically asked if their German Chocolate cupcakes contained any tree nuts I was told no. My youngest son has a severe tree nut allergy so imagine my shock and absolute horror upon discovering there were indeed walnuts inside of these cupcakes!!

Each time, the owner has been very responsive and helpful in placing my order, and the cakes have been consistently delicious! My expectations have been met and exceeded with each order. Coolest custom birthday cake ever! My wife loved the cake version of her beach Jeep! Outstanding work, timely communication, and excellent customer service. I highly recommend this place if you have a custom idea in mind. The only thing I gave her was a photo of the Jeep and that I wanted a beach and water theme. The cake inside was delicious red velvet with cream cheese icing, the tires and bumper were made of the yummiest Rice Krispie, and the Jeep features were made with a very tasty fondant. 10/10 on all fronts.
