My wife and I are new to town and we're looking for a good place to have a drink. Stumbled upon Sullivan's which reminded us of our favorite bar back home. We walked up and a bald bartender with glasses was incredibly rude. Laughed at us and joked about talking about us all night because I ordered an old fashioned. We didn't know what they served but if I would have known it was such a big deal I would have just got a beer.
Awful experience, and the worst old fashioned I have ever had in my life. I would give this place 0 stars if it was possible. Avoid this place at all costs.

Went in because the place seemed reminiscent of a bar I went to in college. I'm new to the area! My husband and I liked the atmosphere upon walking in. However, at the bar we were greeted with instant attitude. We'd never been here before, so we didn't know what kind of drinks they made. My husband asked for an old fashioned- to which the bartender laughed at him. He asked me what I wanted and I was just curious if they made cosmos/martini type cocktails (because again, we were unsure what sort of drinks this place made). He laughed again and responded with a sarcastic "you guys win the night " My husband and I looked at each other with confusion, not knowing what he meant by that. Once our drinks were made, he made a particularly rude comment "we'll be talking about you guys all night". Our drinks were $12 a piece and terrible. *IM A BARTENDER BTW* He could have just said that the establishment really only serves mixies and beers and we would have ordered within those parameters. In all of my years in the service industry I would have never spoken to a customer that way. We really looked forward to our visit and we were extremely disappointed. Never coming back, and I'd recommend to anyone trying to enjoy an evening to steer clear. Thanks, hope this helps!

Disgusting behavior from the bouncers. Refused to remove a concerning and VERY aggressive male from the bar because he is “a regular”. You should be ashamed. I do not feel safe as a woman here.
